Title:
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING OIL-WATER MEMBRANE HAVING SUSTAINED HIGH-FLUX
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/205248
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A method for manufacturing an oil-water separation membrane having a sustained high-flux. The method mainly comprises the following steps: step I, adding polyvinylidene fluoride, polyvinylpyrrolidone, and dimethylformamide to a round-bottom flask in a mass ratio of 7:5:38, heating and stirring the mixture in a water bath at 70°C for 6 h, and letting stand for defoaming for 4 h for use; using a polyacrylic acid aqueous solution having a molecular weight of 5-50 kDa and a mass/volume concentration of 1-4 g/L as a coagulation bath; after cooling the casting solution to room temperature, pouring same onto a glass plate and sweeping same into a liquid membrane having a thickness of about 200 μm, and placing same into the coagulation bath having a constant temperature of 25°C for 10 minutes for solidification to form a membrane, taking the membrane from the glass plate and soaking the membrane in deionized water for 24 hours, to obtain an oil-water separation membrane having a sustained high-flux. The advantages are that: the manufacturing method can form a membrane by means of a one-step process, an anti-contamination layer structure on the surface of the membrane can be controlled by the molecular weight and concentration of the polyacrylic acid in the coagulation bath, and the manufactured oil-water separation membrane has a sustained high-flux.
