Abstract:
The present invention achieves a method for manufacturing a motor core with which sufficient caulking force can be ensured, even in the case of a thin electromagnetic steel plate. The method for manufacturing a motor core according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is such that, when a caulking portion (11) for caulking and fastening an electromagnetic steel plate (100) is formed, the caulking portion (11) comprises a caulking straight portion (11a), a caulking tapered portion (11b) disposed on both sides of the caulking straight portion (11a), and a caulking shoulder portion (11c), which is a level difference between the edge of the caulking tapered portion (11b) and a flat portion (12) of another area with respect to the caulking portion (11). Provided that T is the plate thickness of the flat portion (12), A is the height of the caulking shoulder portion (11c), and B is the height of the caulking straight portion (11a), the following expressions (1) to (3) are satisfied. Expression (1): B − A ≤ T Expression (2): 0.9T ≤ B ≤ 1.2T Expression (3): 0 < A ≤ 0.2T
