Abstract:
Provided is a method for manufacturing a liquid product having a step for hydrostatic pressure treatment of a liquid body that is the material to be treated at a pressure of 3 MPa or greater. Also provided is a device for manufacturing a liquid product having: a cylindrical treatment vessel that has an internal space for accommodating the liquid body and is provided in a liquid tight state; a first pipe that is connected to one end side of the treatment vessel and through which the liquid body flows into the internal space; a second pipe that is connected to the other end side of the treatment vessel and through which the liquid product generated in the internal space flows; and a pressurization device for applying pressure to the liquid body retained in the internal space by applying pressure to the liquid body.
