Abstract:

Under a state where a first ball (103) is set between the first inner circumferential raceway of an outer ring (105) and the outer circumferential raceway of a shaft (101) and a second ball (104) is arranged between the second inner circumferential raceway of the outer ring (105) and the outer circumferential surface of the shaft (101), first distance (a) from a plane (q) substantially perpendicular to the central axis (p) of the shaft (101) to the second ball (104), and second distance (b) from the plane (q) to the step (107) of the shaft (101) are measured. Based on the difference between the first distance (a) and the second distance (b), axial dimension of an inner ring (102) is adjusted.
