Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a dielectric waveguide radio-frequency device, which method relates to a method for manufacturing a waveguide radio-frequency device. The present invention aims at solving the problem of an existing method for preparing a ceramic waveguide radio-frequency device having a high cost, low machining efficiency, poor size precision and poor surface quality, which result in the performance of the device being lowered, and the preparation of ceramic waveguide radio-frequency devices in large quantities being impossible. The method comprises: step one, sectioning; step two, grooving; step three, machining of a tuning hole; step four, machining of an energy input hole; step five, gluing and stacking; step six, bonding; and step seven, overall metallization, such that a dielectric waveguide radio-frequency device is obtained. By means of the present invention, the manufacturing of more complex and diverse topological structures of devices can be realized, the device manufacturing difficulty can be reduced, and the precision margin can be increased; and the machining precision is high, the process stability is good, and the precision manufacturing of ultra-small dielectric waveguide radio-frequency devices can be realized, such that a high frequency is realized for devices. By means of the present invention, a dielectric waveguide radio-frequency device can be obtained.
