Abstract:
Provided is a method for manufacturing an anti-vibration device (10). In a filling step wherein the inside of a first fixing member (11) of an anti-vibration device main body (21) is filled with a mixed liquid, inner pressure of the first fixing member (11) is set to negative pressure equivalent to the vapor pressure of, out of a first liquid (L1) and a second liquid (L2), the first liquid (L1) having low vapor pressure or more, then, the inside of the first fixing member (11) is filled with the first liquid (L1) and the inner pressure is increased, and then, the inside of the first fixing member (11) is filled with the second liquid (L2). Thus, at the time of filling the inside of the first fixing member with the mixed liquid containing a plurality of kinds of liquids having different vapor pressure values, the liquids of the plurality of kinds can be applied by a desired quantity at high accuracy with excellent repeatability, while suppressing generation of remaining air.
