Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for manufacturing an anti-crosstalk structure of an integrated color micro LED. The surface of an integrated micro LED chip, which is provided with a shared N electrode, away from a substrate layer is covered with a black adhesive layer, the black adhesive layer is etched and electrodes of the micro LED chip are exposed, so that optical crosstalk between gallium nitride mesa can be prevented; the substrate is peeled off and an N-type gallium nitride layer of a first micro LED chip module is separated, so that the N-type gallium nitride can be separated by the black adhesive layer, so as to prevent optical crosstalk within the N-type gallium nitride material of the chip provided with a shared N electrode and optical crosstalk of a substrate portion. In this way, the problem of optical crosstalk on an LED light emitting path can be prevented.
