A METHOD OF THE IN-HOME PREVENTION OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE FIRST STAGE OF THE EMOTIONAL STRESS IN A PERSON AND/OR NORMALIZATION OF THE PERSON'S PSYCHO-EMOTIONAL CONDITION AT THE FIRST STAGE OF THE EMOTIONAL STRESS IN SITUATIONS RELATED TO THE SUSPICION OF CERTAIN SUBJECTS IN COMMITTING UNAUTHORIZED SEXUAL ACTS, A KIT FOR IN-HOME TEST FOR THE UNAUTHORIZED SEXUAL ACT (VARIANTS)

FIELD OF INVENTION

The disclosure relates to the methods of influencing the person’s psychoemotional condition in certain situations that can lead to the development of the first stage of the emotional stress, i.e., an anxiety stage, in particular, in life situations related to the suspicion of certain subjects in committing unauthorized sexual acts, as well as to means of a rapid test of a substance for semen, which can be used in-home by an ordinary person who does not receive specialized training.

BACKGROUND OF INVENTION

The doctrine of the stress appeared as early as the 1930s as a need to systematize and provide rationalization for similar somatic symptoms that appeared in people in response to various factors (stimuli).

According to the duration of the stimulus, three stages of the stress development are distinguished.

At the first stage of the stress, referred to as an anxiety stage, the body mobilizes resources to protect itself from the stimulus. The endocrine system is activated, and the production of lymphocytes increases. At this stage, the stomach is particularly affected, up to the development of an ulcer.

In the case of long-term effects of the stimulus, the stress progresses to the second stage, i.e., a resistance stage, for being able to transit to active actions necessary to eliminate the stimulus. At this stage, the human body reaches its highest potential to counteract the stimulus to achieve homeostasis in the changed conditions. To ensure balance, the body activates the synthesis of hormones of the adrenal cortex, i.e., glucocorticoids, and reduces the production of somatotropic and thyroid hormones.

The final stage of the stress is an exhaustion stage. This condition occurs when the human body exhausts its resources and is no longer able to counteract the negative effects of the stimulus. The concentration and effectiveness of glucocorticoids decreases, and, at the same time, the body again returns back to the "combat alert" mode.

According to the type of the stimulus, the stress is divided into two main categories: physical stress and emotional stress.

In the case of the physical (physiological) stress, the human body shows a protective reaction in response to harmful physical factors: injuries of any nature, excessive levels of noise or light, etc.

At the same time, the emotional (psycho-emotional, psychophysiological, psychological) stress is a protective reaction of the body to factors that cause negative emotions.

While the physical stress and its causes are clearly defined and easy to identify, the emotional stress is more complicated. Overcoming the emotional stress requires hard work, starting with realization and identification its stimuli. In some cases, a person at the second or third stage of the emotional stress can overcome this condition only with the assistance of a qualified expert.

The acute problem of the emotional stress is reflected in various research results. Thus, according to statistics of Gallup's annual Global Emotions Report on the global prevalence of the emotional stress, in 2021 , people were recorded to have the lowest rates of positive feelings and the highest rates of negative ones in the entire history of the research (in 16 years since Gallup began tracking emotional health in 2006). Polling of the people in 121 countries throughout the world was conducted:

42% of people felt strong disturbance the previous day;

28% of people felt a lot of sadness the previous day;

330 million adults had not communicated with any family member or friend for at least 2 weeks;

The highest level of positive emotions was observed in countries with strong social relations (e.g., countries of Central America).

Thus, one of the most urgent problems in the field of the psycho-emotional health of a modern person is an excess of the negative emotions, which, as a result, leads to the development of the emotional stress. Various events can be the causes of the negative emotions and, accordingly, stimuli of the emotional stress. On the one side, these can be global crises that cannot be eliminated by a person, i.e., COVID-19 pandemic, military conflicts in Myanmar, Ukraine and Ethiopia, economic crisis, unemployment, etc. Even without being directly related to these stressful situations, receiving too much information about negative events in the world reduces a person's overall sense of security, stability, and confidence in the future. On the other side, acute factors of the emotional stress are personal events in the daily life, for example, troubles at work or in relationships with loved ones, which a person can directly influence to resolve a conflict situation.

Relationship problems between people arise from the fact that we cannot absolutely control the actions of another person. Because of this, misunderstandings and feelings of insecurity can arise and lead to the development of the negative emotions and further progression into the emotional stress.

Personal relationships between partners, relatives, children and parents can be a source of the strong negative emotions, which, without solving the problem, can lead to the development of the emotional stress: at first to the suspicions, with the subsequent possible progression to the first stage of the stress, i.e., anxiety, and further, in the absence of necessary help, to more serious stages and consequences of the stress. Each situation is individual, but there are a number of the negative factors that are common to many people around the world. In our case, the stimulus that causes the stress is known or easily detected.

Thus, one of the stimuli that can cause the negative emotions, even to the point of complete destruction of the relationship, is the suspicion of unauthorized sexual act. Such suspicions may arise in people belonging to different categories of the population: parents or guardians who are worried about the safety and health of a child, a minor, a person under guardianship; married couples or people who have extramarital relationships and have certain suspicions about the fidelity of their partner, etc.

It is apparent that such suspicions and worries of a person have a negative impact on a person's emotional health, leading to the stress.

The claimed disclosure is aimed at eliminating this stimulus, i.e., the suspicion of an unauthorized sexual act committed by certain subjects with whom a person has a personal relationship. One type of the situation with the development of the suspicion and the possible development of the first stage of the stress, i.e., the anxiety stage, is a problem in the relationship between the first party, such as adults, for example, parents, guardians, and the second party, such as children, minors, and individuals under guardianship. Such relationships can have a different degree of openness. Not every family has the opportunity to discuss issues of sex and sexual relations with a child or a minor (teenager) freely. At the same time, if a teenager feels excessive control over their life by the adults, and constant prohibitions on contact and social relations with other people, this can cause a negative reaction in response and rebellion against the authority of the parents or other adults, undertake of ill-considered radical actions “on purpose", with the subsequent certain risk (which sometimes, theoretically, can be very significant) of getting into dangerous situations. From the perspective of pedagogy and psychology, the adults (parents, guardians) need to maintain a balanced relationship with a child or a teenager built on trust, which, in some situations, may require additional pedagogical or psychological knowledge that an adult often does not possess. In a situation where an adult has such a stimulus as a suspicion of a child or a teenager in the possible commitment of an unauthorized sexual act, there is a need for a confidential method that enables quick eliminating of this stimulus without involving third parties, and moreover, the method should be simple and ready for in-home use. The confidentiality of the method is necessary in order not to build up the stress in a child or a teenager with possible unfounded suspicions and conversations, due to the need to disclose conflicting and unconfirmed information to a wide range of third parties.

Another type of a situation with the stimulus, such as suspicion, with the subsequent possible progression to the first stage of the stress, i.e., the anxiety stage, is personal relationships (marital or extramarital) and possible betrayal of one of the partners by way of committing an unauthorized sexual act with the third party. In this case, although the situation looks fundamentally different, it nevertheless has a similar mechanism of the stress development: the stimulus, i.e., suspicion, if the cause of the suspicion was not eliminated in time, then it progresses to the first stage of the stress, i.e., anxiety.

Both at the suspicion stage, and at the first stage of the stress, i.e., anxiety, activities on the elimination of the stimulus, by determining the presence or absence of the fact of unauthorized sexual act, are possible. Such activities can lead to the elimination of the suspicion, for example, through competent confirmation of the absence of the unauthorized sexual act. Or, on the contrary, the result of such activities can confirm the unauthorized sexual act, after which a person can consciously proceed to active actions and the involvement of the qualified experts to solve the problem that has arisen. The following are the known methods practiced in this case.

Various methods of normalization of the psycho-emotional condition of a person are known, in particular, by consulting with a psychologist using various psychological techniques, methods, and tests to identify the stimulus and work with it. In a situation where the stimulus is known (in this case, it is the suspicion of certain subjects with whom a person has a personal relationship, for example, a partner in a marital or extramarital relationships, a child, a minor or a person under guardianship, in the commitment of the unauthorized sexual act), psychological methods of family arrangements, testing, various techniques of Gestalt therapy generally known today are in practice. But, turning to the qualified expert can be a difficult step. In this case a person is forced to step out of the comfort zone, disclose information about their personal relationships and related problems, and be ready for cooperation.

If a person does not have any desire or ability to involve third parties in solving a stressful situation and improving their psycho-emotional condition (at least at first stages of the development), they can use methods for self-diagnosis or self-assessment of the psycho-emotional condition. The following methods for self-testing (scales) are known.

Spielberg-Khanin Self-Assessment Anxiety Level Scale (Spielberg Reactive and Personal Anxiety Scale, Spielberg-Khanin Test).

The test is a reliable and informative method to self-assess the level of anxiety at the moment (situational or reactive anxiety as a condition) and personal anxiety (characteristic, features, stable characteristic of a person).

Personal anxiety is an individual characteristic of perceiving a significant number of events as threatening and reacting to them with an anxiety condition. Reactive anxiety is caused by the situation at the moment. It is characterized by tension, anxiety, and nervousness in a specific situation.

The results are evaluated separately for each scale by summing the points assigned according to the answer to the question. Thus, the resulted scale values can be in the range from 20 to 80 points.

If the values do not exceed 30 points, the examinee has low anxiety level. If the values are in the range of 31 -44 points, the examinee has moderate anxiety level. If the values are 45 points and more, the examinee has high anxiety level. Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (ZSRAS) is a test for self-assessment of anxiety disorders.

The scale contains 20 statements, for each of which the examinee gives an answer according to the frequency of the particular symptom, wherein the frequency is ranked in four gradations: "rarely", "sometimes", "often" and "very often". 5 statements of the scale evaluate affective symptoms, the remaining 15 statements evaluate somatic symptoms of the anxiety disorder. The scale is filled out by the examinee himself. The examinee fills in the scale after a short self-instruction. The examinee marks the corresponding cells of the scale form, which most accurately reflect their condition over the last week. Based on the answers to all 20 statements, a total score is determined.

The results of the scale can be in the range from 20 to 80 points. These results are divided into four subranges:

20-44 - Mild anxiety disorder

45-59 - Moderate anxiety disorder

60-74 - Pronounced anxiety disorder or severe anxiety disorder

75-80 - Extremely severe anxiety disorder

Sheehan Patient Rated Anxiety Scale (SPRAS) is a screening test tool for diagnosis and self-diagnosis of anxiety disorders.

The scale is preferably intended to determine the severity of the previously detected anxiety than direct diagnosis. The scale was initially used as a clinical tool being filled in during a structured interview. Later, the scale was used for individual filling by the patient.

The total score on the scale is equal to the sum of the scores of all items. Thus, the total score can be in the range from 0 to 140.

0-30 - absence of the clinically expressed anxiety,

30-80 - clinically expressed anxiety,

80 and above - severe anxiety disorder.

However, it is apparent that the self-assessment of the psycho-emotional condition of a person can only determine the presence of the stress condition or the stage of the stress. After that, to improve the psycho-emotional condition, a person should take additional active actions (for example, to identify the stress stimulus or eliminate the stimulus).

Another option of influencing the person’s psycho-emotional condition is to use devices to overcome the stress. For example, in the US application US 2021151166 A1 - STRESS REDUCTION SYSTEM AND METHOD (publ. date 2021 -05-20) - a stress reduction system and method are described. The stress reduction system and method include installation of a software application on a mobile device, which gives recommendations or connects available resources to affect 5 human senses, and further use of eye coolers, aroma device, etc.

The positive aspect of this invention is the absence of the need to turn to third parties and attempts to overcome the consequences of the stress individually in home/non-special conditions. However, this invention and the various devices contemplated by it are not aimed at eliminating the stress-causing stimulus itself, and, accordingly, do not affect the cause of the stress in any way, but only alleviate the symptoms of the stress at its various stages.

Another example of the method of normalization of the psycho-emotional condition at the first stage, i.e., anxiety, is US patent US 7410493 B1 - METHOD AND DEVICE FOR THE TREATMENT OF ANXIETY DISORDERS (publ. date 2008-08-12) - which describes a method and a device for the treatment of the anxiety disorders when a psychiatric illness has already been diagnosed. In this method includes the use of a hammer, which contacts the skin without causing damage. The method of using the hammer on the patient is described in detail. This method is an example of the treatment of the first stage of the stress, i.e., anxiety, after its diagnosis with the involvement of the professional experts.

Another well-known analogue, which is the closest to the claimed disclosure, includes using the devices for prevention and normalization of the psycho-emotional condition of a person at the first stage of the stress, i.e., anxiety, and is described in the US application US 20210016054 A1 - SYSTEM AND METHOD OF REDUCING OR ELIMINATING ANXIETY (publ. date 2021 -01 -21 ). A system and a method reduce or eliminate the anxiety using a device with a display, wherein stimulation of the nervous system takes place according to the results of the heartbeat monitoring with the possibility of demonstrating by the means, including virtual reality devices and visual elements of relaxation therapy. This method enables prevention and normalization of the psycho-emotional condition at the first stage of the stress, i.e., the anxiety stage, confidentially, in-home, without the involvement of the third parties and the experts. However, the method deals only with the symptoms of the stress and does not deal with the stimulus. Accordingly, it does not eliminate the cause of the stress and can only help in the work of the experts, again requiring the involvement of the third parties to work with the stimulus.

Therefore, there is a need to develop a comfortable, confidential, easy-to-use in- home method for elimination of the stress stimulus in the above situations, which enables prevention of the development of the first stage of the stress, i.e., the anxiety stage, without a reason, or, due to the confirmation of the reason and the progression to the second, the so-called active, stage of the stress, i.e., the stage of the actions, to avoid or quickly pass the first stage of the stress.

In particular, such a stimulus as a suspicion of the unauthorized sexual act committed by certain subjects with whom a person has a personal relationship may arise as a result of one or more circumstances: unusual behavior of the subject (partner, child, etc.), or suspicious stains on the objects. Doubts about the fidelity of a partner, or the worries and responsibility of an adult regarding the sexual behavior of a minor can arise under certain circumstances in any adult, and verification of a stain on belongings or objects, using means, such as means of the so-called rapid test of the substance for semen, is performed relatively quickly. The use of the in-home means of the rapid test of the substance for the semen either helps to eliminate doubts and suspicions, or indicates a high probability of the unauthorized sexual act and a need for a person to take the subsequent active steps to resolve the situation.

Means of the rapid test of the substance are based on the use of a method of analytical chemistry, such as a thin-layer chromatography (abbreviated as TLC). In TLC method, a stationary solid phase (sorbent) is applied in a thin layer on a base, such as a plate or a strip (in the literature it is often referred to a "test plate” or a "test strip"). Various solvents, both organic and inorganic, or mixtures thereof are used as the mobile phase. The type of the solvent depends on the nature of the sorbent and the properties of the compounds or substances to be tested. Aqueous buffer solutions that create a constant pH value are often used as the solvent, which is why, in the literature sources, solvents used in TLC are often referred to as a "buffer fluid". Although such a solvent may not actually be a buffer solution, it may often be referred to as the "buffer fluid". The solvent containing the substance to be tested moves from the starting edge of the plate or the strip into the volume of the sorbent on the plate or the strip and transports the components of the substance to be tested at different rates. That leads to spatial separation and positioning of the components of the substance to be tested in different areas of the plate or the strip, and the formation of zones, such as spots or lines. TLC conditions (such as sorbent, solvent) are selected in such a way that the spots or the lines formed on the plate or the strip acquire a characteristic color and become visible on the plate or the strip.

The advantages of devices for rapid test of substances based on the TLC method are:

- quickness of the test - test results are visible within 10-15-20 minutes;

- ability to self-monitor the accuracy of the test results - in case of the incorrect actions during the testing or unsuitability of the test strip, the inaccuracy of the test results will be shown by the absence of a control line on the test strip;

- high sensitivity of the method - the test results do not need to be confirmed by other test methods;

- the test can be performed in-home by any ordinary person who does not have special skills; thus, the testing process ensures the confidentiality of the test.

Prostate-specific antigen (commonly abbreviated as PSA) is a protein from the class of complex proteins, such as glycoproteins, which is produced by the epithelial cells of the prostate gland of men and is secreted into the seminal fluid, and then enters the semen (ejaculate). It is believed to liquefy the semen in the seminal clot, allowing the spermatozoa to float freely in the ejaculate fluid. It is also believed to help dissolve cervical mucus, which allows semen to enter the woman's uterus.

PSA was first identified in semen by researchers who were searching for a substance in seminal fluid that would aid in rape investigations. PSA is now used in forensics to determine the presence of the semen in substance samples. This is due to the fact that the PSA level in the semen of adult men is much higher than the PSA level in other tissues of the body. Therefore, a high PSA level is an indicator that the sample contains semen. Since PSA is a protein expressed by prostate cells independently of spermatozoa, it is a biomarker for the semen identification also in cases where a man has undergone a vasectomy or been sterilized.

A known kit for test for semen in stains (see patent of the Russian Federation for the invention RU 2562588 C2 SET FOR TESTING SPERM IN SPOTS ON ANALYSED SAMPLE, publ. 2015-09-10) comprising elements, such as a first test strip made of filter paper and impregnated with a solution containing: citrate buffer o-naphthyl phosphate solid red TR, a second test strip made of filter paper and impregnated with a solution containing: sodium tartrate o-naphthyl phosphate solid red TR, a vessel with distilled water, and a vessel for testing.

The known method of the test of the substance for the semen is performed as follows.

Prepare a sample of the substance for the test.

Cut a fragment or several fragments with sizes of 0.5x0.5 cm from the surface of the test object that are subsequently used as a source of the test substance. Dispose the fragments in the vessel for test, and fill the vessel with the desired volume of distilled water. Perform extraction at a temperature of 4 °C for 18 to 24 hours under laboratory conditions, or for 30 minutes to 1 hour at a temperature of 15-20 °C under normal conditions.

Testing for the semen in the prepared extract of the test substance is divided into 2 stages.

1 stage. Detection of total acid phosphatase.

Dispose the first test strip in the prepared water extract of the test substance so that the upper portion of the first test strip protrudes above the liquid. After 15-30 minutes of the first test strip being immersed in the extract of the test substance, in the case of the positive result, first the end of the first test strip, and then the entire first test strip acquired red-brown color. If the result is negative, the change of the color of the first test strip is not observed.

2 stage. Detection of prostatic acid phosphatase.

The second stage is performed upon receiving a positive test result at the 1 st stage. Dispose the second test strip in the prepared aqueous extract of the test substance, and track the reaction taking place in the vessel. If the second test strip does not change its color within 15-30 minutes, the result is considered positive. If the result is negative, the second test strip acquires brown color.

The disadvantages of the known kit are the considerable difficulty for a person, who does not have special skills and does not have special measuring devices, to perform in-home test using the known kit; and this difficulty of the testing arises from an essential factor, such as use of two test strips that a person can easily mix up and perform the test incorrectly, which will automatically lead to a test error.

In the very text of the document, the authors note that the results of testing using the known kit are only indicative and require confirmation by other testing methods. Therefore, there is a need for development of a mean and a method for testing the substance for the semen, the use of which would not require undertaking complex actions under any conditions by any person who does not have special skills.

A known kit for receiving a substance (such as saliva) and testing a substance (China utility model patent CN 216013389 II, Antigen pen, publ. 2022-03-11 ) comprises an element for receiving a substance and for displaying the result of the substance test, and a container for storing a buffer fluid necessary for the substance test.

The element comprises the following structural elements:

• a housing element configured in a shape of a tube made of transparent material, having a first end and a second end;

• an end tip attached to the first end of the housing element;

• receiving unit attached to the second end of the housing element;

• an inner element for holding a test strip fixed inside it that is located inside the housing element, wherein the inner element is configured in a cantilever shape;

• a single test strip for the substance test for an analyte;

• a sealer located on an outer portion of the second end of the housing element.

The receiving unit comprises elements, such as a rod element and a receiving element. A first end of the rod element is connected to the second end of the housing element in such a way that a portion of the rod element is positioned inside an orifice of the second end of the housing element. A second end of the rod element is configured in a cone shape. The receiving element is configured in a cylindrical shape and is mounted on the rod element.

The container comprises elements, such as a vessel containing a buffer fluid, a receiving tip for receiving the end of the element for receiving a substance and for displaying the result of the substance test with an attached receiving unit, and for holding the element for receiving a substance and for displaying the result of the substance test in a certain position, and a divider. The vessel containing the buffer fluid comprises a housing and a neck. The divider is configured in a shape of a disk made of impermeable material and is mounted on the neck of the vessel containing the buffer fluid in such a way that it closes the orifice in the neck and prevents the buffer fluid from being spilt out during transportation and storage. The end tip is configured in a tube shape and is to be mounted on the housing of the vessel containing the buffer fluid. Configuration of the second end of the rod element in the cone shape is caused by the need to pierce the divider when the user introduces the element for receiving a substance and for displaying the result of the substance test into the container. Since the point of contact of the cone tip with the divider has a small area, and the place of such contact concentrates all the force created by the user when introducing the element for receiving a substance and for displaying the result of the substance test into the container, it is, accordingly, apparent that a small force created by the user will be enough to pierce the material of the divider.

The geometric sizes of the second end of the housing element and the end tip of the container are adjusted in such a manner that when the second end with the attached receiving unit is introduced into the receiving tip of the container, the sealer located on the outer portion of the second end of the housing element comes into close constant contact with the inner surface of the end tip, and the resulting friction force leads to holding the element fixed in the container.

The kit is transported and delivered to the user in an assembled mode, i.e., the element is inserted into the container and held fixed in the container so that the second end of the rod element of the receiving unit does not reach the divider.

The known kit is used as follows.

The user removes the element for receiving a substance and for displaying the result of the substance test from the container, then introduces the element into the mouth in such a manner that the element for receiving a substance is positioned in the oral cavity; holds the element for receiving a substance in the oral cavity for one to two minutes to allow the element for receiving a substance to absorb a large amount of saliva; then removes the element for receiving a substance from the oral cavity. Then, the user introduces the element into the vessel in such a way that the second end of the rod element of the receiving unit reaches the divider and pierces the divider. At the same time, the element for receiving a substance enters the buffer fluid. Since the sealer fits snugly both to the outer surface of the second end of the housing element and to the inner surface of the end tip of the vessel, and prevents the buffer fluid from being spilt out of the vessel, the buffer fluid passes through the element for receiving a substance, and, while moving, captures saliva located in the element for receiving a substance. After that, the buffer fluid passes through the orifice of the second end of the housing element, reaches the filter, and then passes to the end of the test strip that leans against the filter. The buffer fluid elutes the substance along the test strip. As a result, lines that show the results of the substance (saliva) test occur. The lines also show that the substance (saliva) test was correct, and the test result can be credible. The disadvantage of the known kit for the substance testing is a non-zero probability that during transportation, the element held fixed in the vessel will move inside the end tip of the vessel under the action of any impact and pierce the divider making the kit unusable.

The first objective technical problem is to develop improved kits for in-home test for the unauthorized sexual act, the use of which, due to changes in the design of the kit elements, significantly simplifies the process of testing a substance for the semen. Further, the objective technical problem is to expand the variety and range of the means for the in-home test for the unauthorized sexual act.

The second objective technical problem is to develop a method of prevention of the development of the first stage of the emotional stress in a person and/or normalization the person’s psycho-emotional condition at the first stage of the emotional stress, i.e., the anxiety stage, in situations related to the suspicion of certain subjects (who are in personal relationships with a person) in committing the unauthorized sexual acts, wherein such a method can be performed in-home easily, quickly and confidentially, without participation of a qualified expert or the involvement of third parties.

The second objective technical problem is solved by a method of the in-home prevention of the development of the first stage of the emotional stress in a person and/or normalization of the person’s psycho-emotional condition at the first stage of the emotional stress in situations related to the suspicion of certain subjects in committing unauthorized sexual acts, wherein, in the situation, when a person sees at least one stain on an object and such a stimulus occurs as a suspicion that this stain may be a semen stain due to commitment of the unauthorized sexual act by a certain subject, wherein a person using the kit for in-home test for the unauthorized sexual act performs the in-home test of a substance from a stain on an object for the semen, receives the results of the test of the substance from a stain on an object for the semen, and, in a case of the negative result of the test of the substance from a stain on an object for the semen, such a stimulus as the said suspicion eliminates in a person leading either to prevention of the development of the first stage of the emotional stress in a person or to elimination of the first stage of the emotional stress in a person, and, in a case of the positive result of the test of the substance from a stain on an object for the semen, such a stimulus as the said suspicion eliminates in a person, and certainty about the actions of a certain subject arises, after which a person progresses to the second stage of the emotional stress, at which a person decides to take active actions.

According to one of the embodiments, the object can be clothing, bed linen, textile products or furniture.

According to one of the embodiments, the stain on the object can be wet or dry.

According to one of the embodiments, the certain subject can be a partner in a marital or extramarital relationship, a person under the guardianship, a child or a minor.

According to one of the embodiments, active actions can be a conversation with the subject, performing an additional test, consulting with at least one third party.

According to one of the embodiments, the method of testing the substance from a stain on an object for the semen is performed using the first variant of the kit for in- home test for the unauthorized sexual act described above, wherein a person takes the first element (1 ), performs receiving of the substance on the receiving element (11 ) by passing the receiving element (11 ) over the stain on the object so that the material of the receiving element (1 1 ) comes into contact with the substance from the stain on the object; introduces the first element (1 ) into the receiving tip (17) of the second element (2) in such a way that the second end (13) of the rod element with the mounted receiving element (11 ) reaches the divider (18), pierces the divider (18) and leans against the bottom of the vessel containing the buffer fluid (16); after a given period of time looks through the transparent housing element (3) at the test strip (6) and visually perceives the display of the result of the test of the substance for the semen as colored lines on the test strip (6); and based on the presence and location of the colored lines on the test strip (6) makes a conclusion on either the presence of the semen in the stain on the object, or the absence of the semen in the stain on the object, or the incorrectness of the testing.

According to one of the embodiments, before receiving the substance on the receiving element (1 1 ), a person makes the receiving element (1 1 ) wet using the buffer fluid or water.

According to one of the embodiments, before receiving the substance on the receiving element (11 ), the person makes the stain on the object wet using the buffer fluid or water.

According to one of the embodiments, the buffer fluid from the third element (40) is used for making the receiving element (11 ) or the stain on the object wet.

According to one of the embodiments, before receiving the substance on the receiving element (11 ), a person removes the protective element (15) from the first element (1 ).

According to one of the embodiments, the method of testing the substance from a stain on an object for the semen is performed using the second variant of the kit for in- home test for the unauthorized sexual act described above, wherein a person takes the first element (1 ), performs receiving of the substance on the receiving element (11 ) by passing the receiving element (11 ) over the stain on the object so that the material of the receiving element (1 1 ) comes into contact with the substance from the stain on the object; introduces the first element (1 ) into the receiving tip (17) of the second element (2) in such a way that the second end (13) of the rod element with the mounted receiving element (11 ) reaches the divider (18), pierces the divider (18) and leans against the bottom of the vessel containing the buffer fluid (16); after a given period of time looks through the transparent housing element (3) at the test strip (6) and visually perceives the display of the result of the test of the substance for the semen as colored lines on the test strip (6); and based on the presence and location of the colored lines on the test strip (6) makes a conclusion on either the presence of the semen in the stain on the object, or the absence of the semen in the stain on the object, or the incorrectness of the testing.

According to one of the embodiments, before receiving the substance on the receiving element (1 1 ), a person makes the receiving element (1 1 ) wet using the buffer fluid or water.

According to one of the embodiments, before receiving the substance on the receiving element (11 ), the person makes the stain on the object wet using the buffer fluid or water.

According to one of the embodiments, the buffer fluid from the third element (40) is used for making the receiving element (11 ) or the stain on the object wet.

According to one of the embodiments, before receiving the substance on the receiving element (11 ), a person removes the protective element (15) from the first element (1 ).

According to one of the embodiments, the method of testing the substance from a stain on an object for the semen is performed using the third variant of the kit for in- home test for the unauthorized sexual act described above, wherein a person removes the cap from the neck of the vessel, performs receiving of the substance from the stain on the object by passing the bottom end of the stick over the stain on the object, attaches the cap to the neck of the vessel, performs the mixing of the buffer fluid and the substance in the vessel, breaks the spire off the top element forming the orifice in the peak of the top element for the mixture of the buffer fluid and the substance to flow as drops, turns the vessel with the attached cap upside down, applies several drops of the mixture of the buffer fluid and the substance that flows from the orifice in the peak of the top element into the orifice (45) for the mixture of the buffer fluid and the substance on the first element (41 ), after a given period of time looks through the test window (46) at the test strip (44) and visually perceives the display of the result of the test of the substance for the semen as colored lines on the test strip (44), and based on the presence and location of the colored lines on the test strip (44) makes a conclusion on either the presence of the semen in the stain on the object, or the absence of the semen in the stain on the object, or the incorrectness of the testing.

According to one of the embodiments, before receiving the substance from the stain on the object, the person makes the stain on the object wet using the buffer fluid or water.

According to one of the embodiments, the method of testing the substance from a stain on an object for the semen is performed using the fourth variant of the kit for in- home test for the unauthorized sexual act described above, wherein a person removes the cap from the neck of the vessel, performs receiving of the substance from the stain on the object using an auxiliary accessory by passing the end of the auxiliary accessory over the stain on the object, introduces the auxiliary accessory into the vessel in such a way that the end of the auxiliary accessory containing the substance is immersed in the buffer fluid, performs the mixing of the buffer fluid and the substance in the vessel, draws the auxiliary accessory out of the vessel, attaches the cap to the neck of the vessel, breaks the spire off the top element forming the orifice in the peak of the top element for the mixture of the buffer fluid and the substance to flow as drops, turns the vessel with the attached cap upside down, applies several drops of the mixture of the buffer fluid and the substance that flows from the orifice in the peak of the top element into the orifice (45) for the mixture of the buffer fluid and the substance on the first element (41 ), after a given period of time looks through the test window (46) at the test strip (44) and visually perceives the display of the result of the test of the substance for the semen as colored lines on the test strip (44), and based on the presence and location of the colored lines on the test strip (44) makes a conclusion on either the presence of the semen in the stain on the object, or the absence of the semen in the stain on the object, or the incorrectness of the testing.

According to one of the embodiments, a stick with a tampon is used as the auxiliary accessory.

According to one of the embodiments, before receiving the substance from the stain on the object, the person makes the stain on the object or the auxiliary accessory wet using the buffer fluid or water.

According to one of the embodiments, the method of testing the substance from a stain on an object for the semen is performed using the fifth variant of the kit for in- home test for the unauthorized sexual act described above, wherein a person removes the cap from the neck of the vessel, performs receiving of the substance from the stain on the object using an auxiliary accessory by passing the end of the auxiliary accessory over the stain on the object, introduces the auxiliary accessory into the vessel in such a way that the end of the auxiliary accessory containing the substance is immersed in the buffer fluid, performs the mixing of the buffer fluid and the substance in the vessel, draws the auxiliary accessory out of the vessel, collects the mixture of the buffer fluid and the substance using the dropper, applies several drops of the mixture of the buffer fluid and the substance into the orifice (45) for the mixture of the buffer fluid and the substance on the first element (41 ), after a given period of time looks through the test window (46) at the test strip (44) and visually perceives the display of the result of the test of the substance for the semen as colored lines on the test strip (44), and based on the presence and location of the colored lines on the test strip (44) makes a conclusion on either the presence of the semen in the stain on the object, or the absence of the semen in the stain on the object, or the incorrectness of the testing.

According to one of the embodiments, a stick with a tampon is used as the auxiliary accessory.

According to one of the embodiments, the method of testing the substance from a stain on an object for the semen is performed using the sixth variant of the kit for in- home test for the unauthorized sexual act described above, wherein a person removes the cap from the neck of the vessel, performs receiving of the substance from the stain on the object using an auxiliary accessory by passing the end of the auxiliary accessory over the stain on the object, introduces the auxiliary accessory into the vessel in such a way that the end of the auxiliary accessory containing the substance is immersed in the buffer fluid, performs the mixing of the buffer fluid and the substance in the vessel, draws the auxiliary accessory out of the vessel, mounts the spout cap on the neck of the vessel, turn the vessel with the attached spout cap upside down, applies several drops of the mixture of the buffer fluid and the substance that flows from the orifice in the spout of the spout cap into the orifice (45) for the mixture of the buffer fluid and the substance on the first element (41 ), after a given period of time looks through the test window (46) at the test strip (44) and visually perceives the display of the result of the test of the substance for the semen as colored lines on the test strip (44), and based on the presence and location of the colored lines on the test strip (44) makes a conclusion on either the presence of the semen in the stain on the object, or the absence of the semen in the stain on the object, or the incorrectness of the testing.

According to one of the embodiments, a stick with a tampon is used as the auxiliary accessory.

According to one of the embodiments, before receiving the substance from the stain on the object, the person makes the stain on the object or the auxiliary accessory wet using the buffer fluid or water.

As used herein the term "substance", unless otherwise stated, refers to both the raw substance in any physical form (e.g., as a liquid or dry substance on an object) and to the processed substance that is first collected from an object (for example, by scraping or dissolving), and then processed (for example, by adding a specific liquid solvent to the collected substance).

As used herein the term "buffer fluid" refers to any solvent that is used or can be used in thin-layer chromatography.

As used herein the term "unauthorized sexual act" refers to any sexual act outside of a personal relationship, without the consent and/or awareness of the partner (husband or wife, etc.) or a responsible person (a guardian, a father or a mother, etc.), as well as any sexual act under the enforcement of any person without his/her voluntary consent.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION

In the examples described below, the kit for in-home test for the unauthorized sexual act, in which PSA is determined using the TLC method, is used.

Hereinafter, six different embodiments of the kit for in-home test for the unauthorized sexual act are described.

According to the first two embodiments of the kit, the kit comprises two separate elements, such as the first element (1 ) and the second element (2) (see Figure 1 ).

The first element (1 ) is configured for receiving a substance and for displaying the result of the substance test.

The second element (2) is configured for storing a buffer fluid required for the substance test.

The first element (1 ) can comprise elements, such as the housing element (3), the end tip (4), the receiving unit (5), the test strip (6), and the inner element (7).

The housing element (3) is configured in a shape of a tube made of the transparent material that has two ends, such as the first end (8) of the housing and the second end (9) of the housing (see Figures 2, 3, 4, and 5). Each of the ends of the housing element (3) comprises an open orifice. The end tip (4) is connected to the first end (8) of the housing element. There are two variants for the end tip (4) to be connected to the first end (8) of the housing: according to the first variant, the end tip (4) is introduced into the orifice in the first end (8) of the housing (shown in Figures 3 and 5); according to the second variant, the end tip (4) is mounted on the outer surface of the first end (8) of the housing. The receiving unit (5) is connected to the second end (9) of the housing element (shown in Figures 2, 3, 4, and 5).

According to the claimed disclosure, the housing element (3) can be configured in different shapes of a tube. According to one of the embodiments, the housing element (3) can be configured in a shape of a tube of a preferably cylindrical shape (this embodiment of the housing element (3) is shown in Figures 6 and 7 (front view and top view of the housing element (3), correspondingly). According to another embodiment, the housing element (3) can be configured in a shape of a tube in such a way that it preferably has a lateral surface formed by three or more lateral faces (22), each of which can be a rectangle or parallelogram. An embodiment of the housing element (3) with three lateral faces (22) is represented in Figures 8 and 9 (front view and top view of the housing element (3), correspondingly). An embodiment of the housing element (3) with four lateral faces (22) is represented in Figures 10 and 11 (front view and top view of the housing element (3), correspondingly). One skilled in the art will appreciate that the housing element (3) can be configured in a shape of a tube in such a way that it preferably has a lateral surface formed by more than four lateral faces (22), for example, five, six or seven lateral faces (22).

The test strip (6) is configured for the test of the substance for the prostatespecific antigen and displays the result of such test. The test strip (6) is positioned on an element of the first element (1 ), such as the inner element (7). The inner element (7) is configured to hold the test strip (6) fixed inside.

The inner element (7) is positioned inside the housing element (3). The inner element (7) must be fixed relative to the housing element (3) both when transporting the kit and when testing the substance for the prostate-specific antigen. Therefore, the inner element (7) must be connected to other elements of the first element (1 ) so that its fixation in the housing element (3) is ensured.

The following are possible variants of connection of the inner element (7) with other elements of the first element (1 ), which ensure its fixation. According to one of the embodiments, the inner element (7) can be connected to the end tip (4), for example, the end tip (4) comprises a recess of a certain shape, into which one of the ends of the inner element (7) is to be introduced (this embodiment is shown in Figures 2 and 3 (dashed line shows the invisible boundaries of the lower portion of the end tip (4) and invisible boundaries of the inner element (7), as well as in Figures 25, 26 and 27). According to another embodiments, the inner element (7) can be connected to the housing element (3) by landing the inner element (7) inside the housing element (3) with a guaranteed negative allowance (this embodiment is shown in Figures 4 and 5 (dashed line shows the invisible boundaries of the lower portion of the end tip (4) and invisible boundaries of the inner element (7), as well as in Figures 28, 29, 30, 31 and 32).

According to the claimed disclosure, the inner element (7) can be configured in three different main embodiments, which in turn can have subembodiments. According to the first main embodiment of the inner element (7), the inner element (7) can be configured in a preferably cylindrical shape. This embodiment is represented in Figures 13 and 14 (front view and top view, correspondingly), 25 and 28 (a cross-sectional view of the housing element (3) together with the inner element (7)).

A subembodiment of the inner element (7) of the cylindrical shape may further comprise at least one element, such as the radial ring element (35) (see Figures 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, and 51 ). In this subembodiment, at least one recess on the surface of the inner element (7) is configured in such a way that at least one longitudinal plane (36) is formed on the surface of the inner element (7) (Specified Figures show the inner element (7) with one of the longitudinal planes (36)). The radial ring element (35) is configured in such a way that slots (37) are formed between the inner surface (38) of the radial ring element (35) and the surface of the longitudinal planes (36) (see Figures 48 and 50). The slot (37) can be configured to enable the test strip (6) to pass through it, and can enable holding the test strip (6) in the inner element (7). Figures 48 and 50 represent the slots (37), each of which can have the quadrilateral shape and can be formed by three inner surfaces (38) of the radial ring element (35) and one surface of the longitudinal plane (36). It is apparent and obvious that the slots (37) can have a different shape.

According to the second main embodiment of the inner element (7), the inner element (7) may be configured in a preferably prism shape with the lateral surface formed by three or more lateral faces (23), each of which can be a rectangle or parallelogram. An embodiment of the inner element (7) with three lateral faces (23) is represented in Figures 15 and 16 (front view and top view), 26, 29 and 31. An embodiment of the inner element (7) with four lateral faces (23) is represented in Figures 17 and 18 (front and top view), 27, 30 and 32. It will be apparent to one skilled in the art that the inner element (7) can be configured in a preferably prism shape with the lateral surface formed by more than four lateral faces (23), each of which can be a rectangle or parallelogram, for example, five, six or seven lateral faces (23).

According to the claimed disclosure, the surface of the inner element (7) according to the first and the second main embodiments can comprise a recess configured to hold the test strip (6) fixed. When the inner element (7) is configured in a form of a prism with the lateral surface formed by several lateral faces (23), a recess for holding the test strip (6) fixed can be positioned on the lateral face (23) of the inner element (7). Figures 13, 15 and 17 represent an embodiment of the inner element (7) with a test strip (6).

According to the third main embodiment of the inner element (7), the inner element (7) can comprise the central longitudinal element (26), three or more longitudinal protrusions (28) and at least one radial ring element (29).

In a subembodiment of the third main embodiment of the inner element (7) that can comprise the central longitudinal element (26), four longitudinal protrusions (28) and one radial ring element (29), wherein the central longitudinal element (26) can be configured in a preferably prism shape with four lateral edges and the lateral surface formed by four lateral faces (27), the radial ring element (29) can be configured to form four slots (30) represented in Figures 19, 20, 21 , 22, 23 and 24.

In a subembodiment of the third main embodiment of the inner element (7) that can comprise the central longitudinal element (26), three longitudinal protrusions (28) and one radial annular element (29), wherein the central longitudinal element (26) can be configured in a preferably prism shape with three lateral edges and the lateral surface formed by three lateral faces (27), the radial ring element (29) can be configured to form three slots (30) represented in Figures 52, 53, 54, 55, 56 and 57.

The central longitudinal element (26) is configured in a preferably prism shape with the lateral edges and the lateral surface formed by three or more lateral faces (27). Each lateral face (27) can be a rectangle or a parallelogram. Figures 20 (top view), 21 (bottom view), 22, 23 and 24 (cross-sectional views of the inner element (7) at three different parts) show the central longitudinal element (26) with four lateral faces (27). Figures 53 (top view), 54 (bottom view), 55, 56 and 57 (cross-sectional views of the inner element (7) at three different positions) show the central longitudinal element (26) with three lateral faces (27). It will be apparent to one skilled in the art that the central longitudinal element (26) can be configured with a different number of the lateral faces (27), for example with five lateral faces (27), six lateral faces (27).

The longitudinal protrusions (28) are configured in such a way (see Figures 20, 21 , 22, 24, 53, 54, 55, 57) that each of them in cross-section has the shape of a truncated sector of a circle. Each longitudinal protrusion (28) is connected to the lateral edge of the central longitudinal element (26), i.e., the number of the longitudinal protrusions (28) corresponds to the number of the lateral edges and the number of the lateral faces (27) in the central longitudinal element (26). When the central longitudinal element (26) has three lateral faces (27), the inner element (7) can have three longitudinal protrusions (28), and when the central longitudinal element (26) has four lateral faces (27), the inner element (7) can have four longitudinal protrusions (28) (as shown in the Figures).

The radial ring element (29) is connected to the longitudinal protrusions (28) and is configured to form the slots (30) (see Figures 20, 21 , 23, 53, 54, 56). Figures 19 and 52 show the inner element (7) with one radial ring element (29), but it will be apparent to one skilled in the art that the inner element (7) can be configured with two or three radial ring elements (29). Each of the slots (30) can be formed by the inner surface (31 ) of the radial ring element (29) and the surface of the lateral face (27). Figures 53, 54 and 56 show the slots (30), each of which can have a quadrilateral shape and can be formed by three inner surfaces (31 ) of the radial ring element (29) and one surface of the lateral face (27). It is apparent and obvious that the slots (37) can have a different shape. The slot (30) can be configured to enable the housing of the test strip (6) to pass through it. The radial ring element (29) can be configured to hold the test strip (6) in the inner element (7).

The receiving unit (5) comprises the rod element (10) and the receiving element (11 ) (see Figures 3, 5). The rod element (10) comprises the first end (12) and the second end (13). The rod element (10) has such a configuration as to ensure the passage of the buffer fluid through the receiving element (1 1 ) further to the housing element (3) and to the test strip (6). One of the possible embodiments of the rod element (10) is shown in Figures 33 (a front view) and 34 (a top view). A first end (12) of the rod element is connected to the second end (9) of the housing element in such a way that a portion of the rod element (10) is positioned inside the orifice of the second end (9) of the housing element. The second end (13) of the rod element can be configured in a cone shape.

Another embodiment of the rod element (10) is shown in Figures 35 (front view) and 36 (side view): the first end (12) of the rod element can be configured in a hook-like shape in such a way that it can comprise a stop element (25) that can be bent back when being pressed and prevents the first end (12) of the rod element from getting out from the second end (9) of the housing element, when a portion of the rod element (10) is inside the orifice in the second end (9) of the housing element. A first end (12) of the rod element is connected to the second end (9) of the housing element in such a way that a portion of the rod element (10) is positioned inside the orifice of the second end (9) of the housing element. The second end (13) of the rod element can be configured in a cone shape.

The receiving element (11 ) is mounted on the rod element (10). According to a preferred embodiment, the receiving element (11 ) is made of porous material or fibrous material. The use of the porous material or the fibrous material enables the receiving element (1 1 ) to receive a large volume of the substance, which, accordingly, increases the accuracy of the substance test for the prostate-specific antigen.

According to one of the embodiments, the receiving element (11 ) can be configured in a cylindrical shape with an axial channel. This configuration of the receiving element (11 ) enables the receiving unit (5) to be produced by folding with introducing the rod element (10) into the axial channel in the receiving element (11 ). It enables the production of the receiving unit (5) with different geometric sizes (diameter and length) of the receiving element (1 1 ).

According to another embodiment, the receiving element (11 ) can be configured in a shape of a hollow cylinder with the first end (33) and the second end (34) configured in such a way that the first end (33) of the hollow cylinder is open, and the second end (34) of the hollow cylinder is closed (see Figures 37 and 38). This configuration of the receiving element (11 ) enables closing the second end (13) of the rod element configured in a cone shape, and is appropriate in the case of the direct reception of the substance using the receiving element (11 ) by passing the rod element

(10) with the mounted receiving element (11 ) over the stain on the object.

According to one of the embodiments, the first element (1 ) can further comprise a sealer (14) (see Figures 39, 40, and 41 ) in a ring form located on an outer portion of the second end (9) of the housing element, and can further comprise a protective element (15) in a shape of a cap mounted on the second end (9) of the housing element in such a way that the protective element (15) is in contact with the sealer (14). The protective element (15) protects the receiving element (1 1 ) from contact with other objects; in this way, contamination of the receiving element (11 ) with undesirable substances that can affect the test results is prevented. In order to hold the sealer (14), according to one of the embodiments, the outer portion of the second end (9) of the housing element can comprise two retaining collars (24) (see Figure 12) configured to hold the sealer (14) at the second end (9) of the housing element.

According to one of the embodiments, the second element (2) can comprise the vessel containing the buffer fluid (16), the receiving tip (17), and the divider (18) (see Figures 43, 44, and 45). The vessel containing the buffer fluid (16) can comprise the housing element (19) and the neck (20).

The divider is configured in a shape of a disk made of the impermeable material (e.g., a foil) and is mounted on the neck (20) of the vessel containing the buffer fluid (16) in such a way that it closes the orifice in the neck (20) of the vessel containing the buffer fluid and prevents the buffer fluid from being spilt out during transportation and storage of the kit for in-home test for the unauthorized sexual act. The receiving tip (17) is configured to receive the first end (8) of the housing element with the attached receiving unit (5) and to hold the first element (1 ) in a certain position, or a position that can be considered quite close to the vertical position.

According to one of the embodiments, the geometric sizes of the second end (9) of the housing element and the receiving tip (17) are adjusted in such way that when the second end (9) of the housing element with the attached receiving unit (5) is introduced into the receiving tip (17), the sealer (14) located on the outer portion of the second end (9) of the housing element comes into close constant contact with the inner surface of the receiving tip (17), and a friction force, that fixes the first element (1) in the second element (2), occurs. In this case, when the first element (1 ) is introduced into the second element (2) and then the first element (1 ) is pushed along the receiving tip (17), the buffer fluid is displaced from the vessel containing the buffer fluid (16) to the receiving element (11 ). After that the buffer fluid passes through the rod element (10) and enters the housing element (3) reaching the inner element (7).

A similar situation can occur with the sealing collar (21 ). According to one of the embodiments, the outer portion of the second end (9) of the housing element can comprise the sealing collar (21 ) (see Figure 31 ). In this embodiment, the mutual geometric sizes of the second end (9) of the housing element and the receiving tip (21 ), and the geometric sizes of the sealing collar (21 ) are adjusted in such way that when the second end (9) of the housing element with the attached receiving unit (5) is introduced into the receiving tip (17), the radial surface of the sealing collar (21 ) comes into close constant contact with the inner surface of the receiving tip (17), and a friction force, that fixes the first element (1 ) in the second element (2), occurs.

It is apparent and clear to one skilled in the art that the first element (1 ) and the second element (2) can be configured in such a way that, when using the claimed disclosure, the portion of the first element (1 ) is located inside the second element (2) and is held by the second element (2) in a vertical position, with no fixation of the first element (1 ) inside the second element (2), and the buffer fluid itself passes through the receiving unit (5) and enters the housing element (3) reaching the end of the inner element (7) and, accordingly, reaching the test strip (6) located on the inner element (7).

According to one of the embodiments, the kits according to the first variant and the second variant can comprise a third element (40). The third element (40) is configured for storing the buffer fluid. This buffer fluid can be used either to make the receiving element (11 ) wet before reception of the substance or to make the stain on the object, from which the substance is collected, wet.

According to the fourth, fifth and sixth variants of the kit, the kit comprises two separate elements, such as the first element (41 ) and the second element (42) (see Figure 59). The third, fourth, fifth and sixth variants of the kit differ both in the configuration of the second element (42) and in the assembly of the kits.

The first element (41 ) is configured for testing the substance and for displaying the result of the substance test.

The second element (42) is configured for storing the buffer fluid required for the substance test.

The first element (41 ) comprises the housing element (43) and the test strip (44) located inside the housing element (43) which is configured for the test of the substance for the prostate-specific antigen, and displays the result of such test.

The top side of the housing element (43) is provided with the orifice (45) for the mixture of the buffer fluid and the substance configured for applying the mixture of the buffer fluid and the substance on the test strip, and comprises the test window (46) configured for visual reception of the display of the result of the substance test for the semen according to the presence and location of the colored lines (47) on the test strip (44) that appear on the test strip (44) in the process of the testing.

The housing element (43) can comprise the removable lid that is the top side or the bottom side of the housing element (43). When the housing element (43) comprises the removable lid, which is the top side of the housing element (43), the removable lid is provided with the orifice (45) for the mixture of the buffer fluid and the substance and the test window (46).

The housing element (43) can be configured in any shape acceptable to the user, which provides a convenient testing. For example, the housing element (43) can be configured in a parallelepiped shape.

The kit can further be configured for multiple use. Thus, the kit can comprise one or more test strips (44) located in the package along with the first element (41 ) and the second element (42). According to the third variant of the kit, the kit comprises the first element (41 ) and the second element (42), wherein the second element (42) comprises the vessel in a shape of a bottle containing the buffer fluid, and the cap connected detachably to the neck of the vessel. The cap comprises the housing and the stick. The housing of the cap comprises the lateral element, the top element and the spire. The lateral element is configured in a shape of a ring, the inner side of which is in contact with the neck of the vessel. The top element has a shape of an elongated hollow body, the bottom edge of which is connected to the lateral element. The spire is connected to the peak of the top element and can break off from the peak of the top element forming the orifice in the peak of the top element. Moreover, the resulted orifice has such a size that the buffer fluid or the mixture of the buffer fluid and the substance flows through this orifice as drops. The stick is connected to the housing of the cap and comprises the bottom end. When the cap is connected to the neck of the vessel, the bottom end of the stick is immersed into the buffer fluid.

According to the fourth variant of the kit, the kit comprises the first element (41 ) and the second element (42), wherein the second element (42) comprises the vessel in a shape of a bottle containing the buffer fluid, and the cap connected detachably to the neck of the vessel. The cap comprises the lateral element, the top element and the spire. The lateral element is configured in a shape of a ring, the inner side of which is in contact with the neck of the vessel. The top element has a shape of an elongated hollow body, the bottom edge of which is connected to the lateral element. The spire is connected to the peak of the top element and can break off from the peak of the top element forming the orifice in the peak of the top element. Moreover, the resulted orifice has such a size that the buffer fluid or the mixture of the buffer fluid and the substance flows through this orifice as drops.

According to the fifth variant of the kit, the kit comprises the first element (41 ), the second element (42) and the dropper, wherein the second element (42) comprises the vessel in a shape of a bottle containing the buffer fluid, and the cap connected detachably to the neck of the vessel.

According to the sixth variant of the kit, the kit comprises the first element (41 ), the second element (42) and the spout cap, wherein the second element (42) comprises the vessel in a shape of a tube containing the buffer fluid, and the cap connected detachably to the neck of the vessel, wherein the spout cap can be mounted on the neck of the vessel. The above six variants of kits for in-home test for the unauthorized sexual act are used in an object of disclosure, such as a method of the in-home prevention of the development of the first stage of the emotional stress in a person and/or normalization of the person’s psycho-emotional condition at the first stage of the emotional stress in situations related to the suspicion of certain subjects in committing unauthorized sexual acts.

The method of the in-home prevention of the development of the first stage of the emotional stress in a person and/or normalization of the person’s psycho-emotional condition at the first stage of the emotional stress in situations related to the suspicion of certain subjects in committing unauthorized sexual acts, includes the following actions:

1 ) in the situation, when a person sees at least one stain on an object and has such a stimulus as a suspicion that this stain may be a semen stain due to commitment of the unauthorized sexual act by a certain subject, a person using the kit for in-home test for the unauthorized sexual act performs the in-home test of the substance from the stain on the object for the semen,

2) receives the results of the test of the substance from the stain on the object for the semen,

3) depending on the results of the test of the substance from the stain on the object for the semen, two options of further actions are possible:

(A) in a case of the negative result of the test of the substance from a stain on an object for the semen, such a stimulus as the said suspicion disappears in a person leading either to prevention of the development of the first stage of the emotional stress in a person or to elimination of the first stage of the emotional stress in a person,

(B) in a case of the positive result of the test of the substance from a stain on an object for the semen, such a stimulus as the said suspicion disappears in a person, and certainty about the actions of a certain subject arises, after which a person progresses to the second stage of the emotional stress, at which a person decides to take active actions.

According to one of the embodiments of the above method, the stain can be found on any object: clothing, bed linen, textile products furniture, etc.

According to one of the embodiments of the method described above, the stain on the object can be wet (liquid) or dry.

According to one of the embodiments of the method described above, the certain subject is an individual, with whom a person has certain relationships, such as a partner in a marital or extramarital relationship, a person under the guardianship, a child or a minor.

According to one of the embodiments of the above method, active actions, on which a person makes a decision, can be a conversation with the certain subject, performing an additional test, consulting with at least one third party. The third party can be a relative, a friend, a lawyer, a private detective, a law enforcement officer, a medical specialist, a psychologist or a psychotherapist.

The method according to the claimed disclosure includes a first action, such as testing the substance from the stain on the object for the semen, and this action is performed using the kit for in-home test for the unauthorized sexual act. Since the kit for in-home test for the unauthorized sexual act has six different variants, accordingly, the actions taken during the test of the substance from the stain on the object for the semen also differ. Therefore, there are at least six different variants for performing the test of the substance from the stain on an object for the semen.

According to the first variant of the method of testing of the substance from a stain on an object for the semen, the test of the substance from a stain on an object for the semen is performed using the first variant of the kit for in-home test for the unauthorized sexual act described above, and includes the following actions: a person takes the first element (1 ), performs reception of the substance on the receiving element (11 ) by passing the receiving element (1 1 ) over the stain on the object so that the material of the receiving element (1 1 ) comes into contact with the substance from the stain on the object, introduces the first element (1 ) into the receiving tip (17) of the second element (2) in such a way that the second end (13) of the rod element with the mounted receiving element (11 ) reaches the divider (18), pierces the divider (18) and leans against the bottom of the vessel containing the buffer fluid (16), after a given period of time looks through the transparent housing element (3) at the test strip (6) and visually perceives the display of the result of the test of the substance for the semen as colored lines on the test strip (6), and based on the presence and location of the colored lines on the test strip (6) makes a conclusion on either the presence of the semen in the stain on the object, or the absence of the semen in the stain on the object, or the incorrectness of the testing.

According to the second variant of the method of testing of the substance from a stain on an object for the semen, the test of the substance from a stain on an object for the semen is performed using the second variant of the kit for in-home test for the unauthorized sexual act described above, and includes the following actions: a person takes the first element (1 ), performs reception of the substance on the receiving element (11 ) by passing the receiving element (1 1 ) over the stain on the object so that the material of the receiving element (1 1 ) comes into contact with the substance from the stain on the object, introduces the first element (1 ) into the receiving tip (17) of the second element (2) in such a way that the second end (13) of the rod element with the mounted receiving element (11 ) reaches the divider (18), pierces the divider (18) and leans against the bottom of the vessel containing the buffer fluid (16), after a given period of time looks through the transparent housing element (3) at the test strip (6) and visually perceives the display of the result of the test of the substance for the semen as colored lines on the test strip (6), and based on the presence and location of the colored lines on the test strip (6) makes a conclusion on either the presence of the semen in the stain on the object, or the absence of the semen in the stain on the object, or the incorrectness of the testing.

According to the third variant of the method of testing of the substance from a stain on an object for the semen, the test of the substance from a stain on an object for the semen is performed using the third variant of the kit for in-home test for the unauthorized sexual act described above, and includes the following actions: a person removes the cap from the neck of the vessel, performs reception of the substance from the stain on the object by passing the bottom end of the stick over the stain on the object, attaches the cap to the neck of the vessel, performs the mixing of the buffer fluid and the substance in the vessel, breaks the spire off the top element forming the orifice in the peak of the top element for the mixture of the buffer fluid and the substance to flow as drops, turns the vessel with the attached cap upside down, applies several drops of the mixture of the buffer fluid and the substance that flows from the orifice in the peak of the top element into the orifice (45) for the mixture of the buffer fluid and the substance on the first element (41 ), after a given period of time looks through the test window (46) at the test strip (44) and visually perceives the display of the result of the test of the substance for the semen as colored lines on the test strip (44), and based on the presence and location of the colored lines on the test strip (44) makes a conclusion on either the presence of the semen in the stain on the object, or the absence of the semen in the stain on the object, or the incorrectness of the testing.

According to the fourth variant of the method of testing of the substance from a stain on an object for the semen, the test of the substance from a stain on an object for the semen is performed using the fourth variant of the kit for in-home test for the unauthorized sexual act described above, and includes the following actions: a person removes the cap from the neck of the vessel, performs reception of the substance from the stain on the object using the auxiliary accessory by passing the end of the auxiliary accessory over the stain on the object, introduces the auxiliary accessory into the vessel in such a way that the end of the auxiliary accessory containing the substance is immersed in the buffer fluid, performs the mixing of the buffer fluid and the substance in the vessel, draws the auxiliary accessory out of the vessel, attaches the cap to the neck of the vessel, breaks the spire off the top element forming the orifice in the peak of the top element for the mixture of the buffer fluid and the substance to flow as drops, turns the vessel with the attached cap upside down, applies several drops of the mixture of the buffer fluid and the substance that flows from the orifice in the peak of the top element into the orifice (45) for the mixture of the buffer fluid and the substance on the first element (41 ), after a given period of time looks through the test window (46) at the test strip (44) and visually perceives the display of the result of the test of the substance for the semen as colored lines on the test strip (44), and based on the presence and location of the colored lines on the test strip (44) makes a conclusion on either the presence of the semen in the stain on the object, or the absence of the semen in the stain on the object, or the incorrectness of the testing.

According to the fifth variant of the method of testing of the substance from a stain on an object for the semen, the test of the substance from a stain on an object for the semen is performed using the fifth variant of the kit for in-home test for the unauthorized sexual act described above, and includes the following actions: a person removes the cap from the neck of the vessel, performs reception of the substance from the stain on the object using the auxiliary accessory by passing the end of the auxiliary accessory over the stain on the object, introduces the auxiliary accessory into the vessel in such a way that the end of the auxiliary accessory containing the substance is immersed in the buffer fluid, performs the mixing of the buffer fluid and the substance in the vessel, draws the auxiliary accessory out of the vessel, collects the mixture of the buffer fluid and the substance using the dropper, and applies several drops of the mixture of the buffer fluid and the substance into the orifice (45) for the mixture of the buffer fluid and the substance on the first element (41 ), after a given period of time looks through the test window (46) at the test strip (44) and visually perceives the display of the result of the test of the substance for the semen as colored lines on the test strip (44), and based on the presence and location of the colored lines on the test strip (44) makes a conclusion on either the presence of the semen in the stain on the object, or the absence of the semen in the stain on the object, or the incorrectness of the testing.

According to the sixth variant of the method of testing of the substance from a stain on an object for the semen, the test of the substance from a stain on an object for the semen is performed using the sixth variant of the kit for in-home test for the unauthorized sexual act described above, and includes the following actions: a person removes the cap from the neck of the vessel, performs reception of the substance from the stain on the object using the auxiliary accessory by passing the end of the auxiliary accessory over the stain on the object, introduces the auxiliary accessory into the vessel in such a way that the end of the auxiliary accessory containing the substance is immersed in the buffer fluid, performs the mixing of the buffer fluid and the substance in the vessel, draws the auxiliary accessory out of the vessel, mounts the spout cap on the neck of the vessel, turn the vessel with the attached spout cap upside down, applies several drops of the mixture of the buffer fluid and the substance that flows from the orifice in the spout of the spout cap into the orifice (45) for the mixture of the buffer fluid and the substance on the first element (41 ), after a given period of time looks through the test window (46) at the test strip (44) and visually perceives the display of the result of the test of the substance for the semen as colored lines on the test strip (44), and based on the presence and location of the colored lines on the test strip (44) makes a conclusion on either the presence of the semen in the stain on the object, or the absence of the semen in the stain on the object, or the incorrectness of the testing.

As can be seen from the above, when testing the substance from the stain on the object for the semen, an action, such as reception of the substance, is taken, and the reception of the substance can be performed in several different variants, depending on the configuration of the first element and the configuration of the second element.

When the stain is wet (liquid), the stain does not require additional processing and can be directly used for receiving the substance and testing the substance for the prostate-specific antigen.

According to the first variant and the second variant of the kit, where the kit for in- home test for the unauthorized sexual act comprises the first element (1 ) and the second element (2), wherein the first element (1 ) comprises the housing element (3) configured in a shape of a tube made of the transparent material, wherein the housing element (3) comprises the first end (8) and the second end (9), the end tip (4) connected to the first end (8) of the housing element, the receiving unit (5) connected to the second end (9) of the housing element, the test strip (6), the inner element (7) for holding the test strip (6) fixed inside that is located inside the housing element (3), and the receiving unit (5) comprises the rod element (10) and the receiving element (11 ), the reception of the substance from the stain on the object can be performed directly using the receiving element (1 1 ) by passing or scrolling the receiving element (1 1 ) several times over the wet stain to contact with as much of the substance as possible.

According to the third variant of the kit, where the kit for in-home test for the unauthorized sexual act comprises first element (41 ) and the second element (42), wherein the second element (42) comprises the vessel in a shape of a bottle containing the buffer fluid, and the cap connected detachably to the neck of the vessel, wherein the cap comprises the housing and the stick, wherein the housing of the cap comprises the lateral element, the top element and the spire, wherein the lateral element is configured in a shape of a ring, the inner side of which is in contact with the neck of the vessel, the top element has a shape of an elongated hollow body, the bottom edge of which is connected to the lateral element, the spire is configured in such a way that it is connected to the peak of the top element and can break off from the peak of the top element forming the orifice in the peak of the top element of such a size that the buffer fluid or the mixture of the buffer fluid and the substance flows out through this orifice as drops, wherein the stick is configured in such a way that it is connected to the housing of the cap and comprises a bottom end, wherein when the cap is connected to the neck of the vessel, the bottom end of the stick is immersed into the buffer fluid, the reception of the substance from the stain on the object is performed using the stick connected to the cap.

According to the forth variant of the kit, where the kit for in-home test for the unauthorized sexual act comprises first element (41 ) and the second element (42), wherein the second element (42) comprises the vessel in a shape of a bottle containing the buffer fluid, and the cap connected detachably to the neck of the vessel, wherein cap comprises the lateral element, the top element and the spire, wherein the lateral element is configured in a shape of a ring, the inner side of which is in contact with the neck of the vessel, the top element has a shape of an elongated hollow body, the bottom edge of which is connected to the lateral element, the spire is configured in such a way that it is connected to the peak of the top element and can break off from the peak of the top element forming the orifice in the peak of the top element of such a size that the buffer fluid or the mixture of the buffer fluid and the substance flows through this orifice as drops, the reception of the substance from the stain on the object is performed using the auxiliary accessory. A stick with a tampon, e.g., a cotton swab, can be used as the auxiliary accessory.

According to the fifth variant of the kit, where the kit for in-home test for the unauthorized sexual act comprises the first element (41 ) and the second element (42), wherein the second element (42) comprises the vessel in a form of a bottle containing the buffer fluid, and the cap connected detachably to the neck of the vessel, reception of the substance from the stain on the object is performed using the auxiliary accessory. A stick with a tampon, e.g., a cotton swab, can be used as the auxiliary accessory.

According to the sixth variant of the kit, where the kit for in-home test for the unauthorized sexual act comprises the first element (41 ), the second element (42) and the spout cap, wherein the second element (42) comprises the vessel in a form of a tube containing the buffer fluid, and the cap connected detachably to the neck of the vessel, wherein the spout cap can be mounted on the neck of the vessel, reception of the substance from the stain on the object is performed using the auxiliary accessory. A stick with a tampon, e.g., a cotton swab, can be used as the auxiliary accessory. When the stain on the object, which may be a semen stain, is dry, before receiving the substance and testing for the prostate-specific antigen, it is advisable to make such a stain wet using a small amount of the buffer fluid or water (preferably, a volume of up to 1 ml). Application of the buffer fluid or water on the dry stain can be performed in a number of possible options and using different means. Thus, the possible options include overspray of the buffer fluid or water using a spray device or application of the drops of the buffer fluid or water using the dropper (which may or may not be a part of the kit according to the disclosure) on the dry stain. Another option of the actions taken before reception of the substance from the dry stain includes making the receiving element (11 ) wet before its contact with the dry stain. Making the receiving element (1 1 ) wet can be performed by its quick immersion into a third element (40) for storing a buffer fluid or into the water (for 1 -3 seconds) or, for example, by application of the buffer fluid or water onto the receiving element (11 ) using the dropper. After making wet, when the dry stain becomes wet, further actions regarding the reception and test of the substance are performed according to the scheme described above. One more option includes making the auxiliary accessory wet before its contact with the dry stain.

Hereinafter, examples of possible embodiments of the claimed method are described according to various situations that can lead to the psycho-emotional stress in a person that is in a relationship with certain subjects, and using different variants of the kits for the test for the semen claimed in the disclosure and described above.

Example 1

An adult, such as a father, is affected by a stimulus, such as a suspicion that his minor daughter has committed an unauthorized sexual act, resulting from that the father has discovered distinctive stains on the minor daughter's clothing. The distinctive stains are dry whitish stains on the fabric of the skirt of the minor daughter.

As a result, the father experiences symptoms of the emotional stress, such as anxiety, irritability, fear and impaired ability to concentrate. The father finds a Spielberg- Khanin Self-Assessment Anxiety Level Test on the Internet, completes the test, and receives a total score of 25, from which the father determines that, currently, he does not experience the emotional stress. However, the father is aware that if the suspicion does not disappear and the situation is not resolved, there is a risk that his psychoemotional condition will worsen and the first stage of the emotional stress, i.e., anxiety, will eventually develop. Therefore, to prevent the first stage of the emotional stress in a situation related to the suspicion of the minor daughter in committing the unauthorized sexual act, the father takes the following actions. The father takes a package with a kit for in-home test for the unauthorized sexual act that comprises the first element (1 ) for receiving a substance and for displaying the result of the substance test, and the second element (2) for storing a buffer fluid required for the substance test, and unpacks the package.

After that, the father makes the dry whitish stains on the fabric of his minor daughter's skirt wet using a household spray filled with bottled drinking water.

The father takes out the kit for in-home test for the unauthorized sexual act, pulls out the first element (1 ) and the second element (2), and removes the protective element (15) from the first element (1 ).

After that, the father passes the receiving element (1 1 ) located in the first element (1 ) over the wet stains, thus collecting the substance from the stains on the fabric of the minor daughter's skirt.

After reception of the substance on the receiving element (11 ), the father introduces the first element (1 ) into the receiving tip (17) of the second element (2) in such a way that the second end (13) of the rod element (10) reaches the divider (18), pierces the divider (18) and leans against the bottom of the vessel containing the buffer fluid (16), wherein the receiving element (11 ) enters the buffer fluid. The buffer fluid passes through the receiving element (11 ) and through the rod element (10) into the orifice in the second end (9) of the housing element (3), and then passes into the housing element (3), where it enters the end of the inner element (7), which has a test strip (6).

After a given period of time the father looks through the transparent housing element (3) at the test strip (6) and visually perceives the display of the result of the test of the substance as colored lines on the test strip (6).

According to the location of the colored lines on the test strip (6), the father determines that the test result is negative, and the substance from the distinctive stains on the fabric of the minor daughter's skirt does not contain semen.

As a result, a stimulus, such as a suspicion that his minor daughter has committed the unauthorized sexual act, is eliminated.

Although the father experiences an alleviation of the symptoms of the emotional stress, such as anxiety, irritability, fear and impaired ability to concentrate, he repeats the Spielberg-Khanin Self-Assessment Anxiety Level Test and receives a total score of 25, indicating that his emotional state has not worsened because he eliminated a stimulus, as a suspicion, in time in confidential in-home conditions without the involvement of the third parties. Therefore, the use of the kit for in-home test for the unauthorized sexual act in confidential in-home conditions resulted in the prevention of the development of the first stage of the emotional stress in the father in a situation related to the suspicion of the minor daughter in committing the unauthorized sexual act.

Example 2

An adult, such as a father, is affected by a stimulus, such as a suspicion that his minor daughter has committed an unauthorized sexual act, resulting from that the father has discovered distinctive stains on the minor daughter's clothing. The distinctive stains are dry whitish stains on the fabric of the skirt of the minor daughter.

As a result, the father experiences symptoms of the emotional stress, such as anxiety, irritability, fear and impaired ability to concentrate. The father finds a Spielberg- Khanin Self-Assessment Anxiety Level Test on the Internet, completes the test, and receives a total score of 67, from which the father determines that, currently, he undergoes the first stage of the emotional stress and anxiety of high level. Therefore, to prevent the first stage of the emotional stress in a situation related to the suspicion of the minor daughter in committing the unauthorized sexual act, the father takes the following actions.

The father takes a package with a kit for in-home test for the unauthorized sexual act that comprises the first element (1 ) for receiving a substance and for displaying the result of the substance test, the second element (2) for storing a buffer fluid required for the substance test, the vessel containing the buffer fluid and the dropper, unpacks the package and takes out the vessel containing the buffer fluid and the dropper.

The father makes the dry whitish stains on the fabric of his minor daughter's skirt wet using the buffer fluid from the vessel and the dropper.

The father pulls out the first element (1 ) and the second element (2) from the package, and removes the protective element (15) from the first element (1 ).

After that, the father passes the receiving element (1 1 ) located in the first element (1 ) over the wet stains, thus collecting the substance from the stains on the fabric of the minor daughter's skirt.

After reception of the substance on the receiving element (11 ), the father introduces the first element (1 ) into the receiving tip (17) of the second element (2) in such a way that the second end (13) of the rod element (10) reaches the divider (18), pierces the divider (18) and leans against the bottom of the vessel containing the buffer fluid (16), wherein the receiving element (11 ) enters the buffer fluid. The buffer fluid passes through the receiving element (11 ) and through the rod element (10) into the orifice in the second end (9) of the housing element (3), and then passes into the housing element (3), where it enters the end of the inner element (7), which has a test strip (6).

After a given period of time the father looks through the transparent housing element (3) at the test strip (6) and visually perceives the display of the result of the test of the substance as colored lines on the test strip (6).

According to the location of the colored lines on the test strip (6), the father determines that the test result is positive, and the substance from the distinctive stains on the fabric of the minor daughter's skirt contains semen.

Having received confirmation, in confidential in-home conditions, that the minor daughter committed the unauthorized sexual act, the father progresses to the second stage of the emotional stress, at which he takes active actions. First, the father conducts a family discussion with his minor daughter with the involvement of the child's mother. After that, the father, together with his minor daughter and the child's mother, consults with a medical expert, such as a psychologist, to assess the psycho-emotional condition of his minor daughter. Having received a positive conclusion on the psycho-emotional condition of his minor daughter, the father repeats the Spielberg-Khanin Self- Assessment Anxiety Level Test and receives a total score of 26, which indicates the absence of the first stage of the emotional stress, i.e., anxiety.
