Abstract:
A method for improving the cell-wall breaking rate of a Ganoderma lucidum spore powder. The method comprises: gradually feeding materials between roller surfaces of two rollers of a Ganoderma lucidum spore powder cell-wall breaking machine; synchronously and uniformly spraying water on the Ganoderma lucidum spore powder between the rolling double-rollers, wherein the total water spraying amount is 30-35% of the total feeding weight; and then receiving the materials below the rollers by using a material receiving tray, and returning the received materials to the roller surface to perform rolling and cell-wall breaking multiple times.
