Abstract:
In order to evaluate the cleanliness of a hollow fiber membrane device prior to attachment of same to an ultrapure water production device, this method for evaluating the cleanliness of hollow fiber membrane devices includes: capturing, using a first first filter membrane 35, micro-particles in permeate of ultrapure water that has passed through the hollow fiber membrane device 10 prior to being installed in an ultrapure water production device; and analyzing the micro-particles captured by the first first filter membrane 35.
