Abstract:
Provided is a method for estimating the metabolic flux distribution of cells, the method comprising: a step for acquiring discharge data including time-series data of a substance discharged to the outside of the cells with respect to a first strain cell and a second strain cell that is a reference for comparison; a step for calculating a discharge flux of the substance to the outside of the cells on the basis of the discharge data; a step for estimating a plurality of primary flux patterns on the basis of the discharge flux; and a step for clustering the plurality of primary flux patterns on the basis of the mutual similarity of the plurality of primary flux patterns and then outputting the clustered result.
