A method by which a first device performs wireless communication and a device for supporting same are presented. For example, the first device can: acquire information related to a resource set in a shared spectrum; generate, on the basis of an LCP, a first MAC PDU related to a first CAPC; perform, on the basis of the first CAPC, LBT related to the resource set in the shared spectrum; multiplex, on the basis that (i) available data is generated from a logical channel and (ii) a second CAPC value related to the available data is less than or equal to the first CAPC value, the available data in the first MAC PDU so as to generate a second MAC PDU; and transmit the second MAC PDU on the basis of the LBT.
