Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of batteries, and provides a method and device for manufacturing a solar cell, a manufacturing apparatus and a battery. The method for manufacturing a solar cell comprises: arranging a layer stack on the upper surface of a substrate, the layer stack comprising a bottom electrode layer, a functional layer and a back electrode layer which are sequentially arranged in the thickness direction of the substrate; generating a first trench, a second trench and a third trench in the layer stack, the first trench extending to the upper surface of the substrate, the second trench being located between the first trench and the third trench and extending to the bottom electrode layer, and the third trench extending to the upper surface of the bottom electrode layer; and filling the second trench with a conductive material, so as to make the conductive material conductively connected to the back electrode layer on the side of the first trench away from the second trench. The technical solution of the present application may effectively improve the production efficiency of the solar cell and improve the production quality of a product.
