Abstract:
Disclosed are a method and device for conveying a low-pressure fluid to a high-pressure fluid, which relate to the technical field of recycling of steam. The method comprises providing a conveying bin (3) for fluid transition between a low-pressure fluid bin (1) and a high-pressure fluid bin (2), and providing a valve in the conveying bin (3), which can only be in communication with either the low-pressure fluid bin (1) or the high-pressure fluid bin (2) at any time. The device comprises the low-pressure fluid bin (1), the high-pressure fluid bin (2) and the conveying bin (3) connected between the low-pressure fluid bin (1) and the high-pressure fluid bin (2). A fluid outlet (1a) is provided in the low-pressure fluid bin (1) and is connected to the conveying bin (3). A fluid inlet (2a) is provided in the high-pressure fluid bin (2) and is connected to the conveying bin (3). A valve core (4) is provided in the conveying bin (3). An edge of the valve core (4) is in close contact with the fluid outlet (1a) and the fluid inlet (2a) so as to seal the fluid outlet and the fluid inlet. The method and the device, by means of the structural arrangement of the conveying bin, realize the cyclic conveyance of a low-pressure cold liquid into a high-pressure heating boiler without pressurized pumping by a water pump, thereby saving energy and reducing operating costs of the boiler.
