Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a method for determining an eyeglass lens or a contact lens with which torso balance can be achieved. [Solution] The present invention comprises: a step (S6) for measuring the load balance or the posture of a measured subject; and steps (S7-S10) for determining a lens for an eyeglass lens or contact lens, on the basis of the results of measuring the load balance or the posture.
