Abstract:
A method for detecting a surface charge of a storage battery (200) and a battery detection device (100). The method comprises: by controlling a storage battery (200) to be tested to discharge at a preset discharge condition, obtaining an initial voltage of said storage battery (200) (410), obtaining a discharge voltage of said storage battery (200) discharged by the preset discharge condition (430), and obtaining a discharged open-circuit voltage of said storage battery (200) (450), and determining, according to the initial voltage, the discharge voltage, and the open-circuit voltage, whether said storage battery (200) has a surface charge (470).
