Abstract:
The present disclosure belongs to the field of treatment and resource utilization of phosphogypsum, and particularly relates to a method for decolorizing and whitening phosphogypsum. In the method for decolorizing and whitening phosphogypsum of the present disclosure, a decolorizing collector is used for subjecting phosphogypsum to reverse flotation so as to remove organic matter; soluble phosphorus and fluorine are then settled to the bottom by adjusting the pH; insoluble phosphorus and fluorine precipitates and undecomposed phosphate ores and quartz are respectively separated by means of two instances of rotational flow classification; and the obtained phosphogypsum has a high content of CaSO4·2H2O and a good whiteness. The decolorizing collector of the present disclosure is mainly composed of diesel oil, a foaming agent and naphthenic soap, wherein the diesel oil makes an ore pulp have a hydrophobization effect; one end of the naphthenic soap contains a polar carboxylic acid group, the other end thereof is a naphthenic group that is connected to methylene, which has an extremely high hydrophobicity, and the naphthenic soap has a very strong adsorption effect on charged mine slime and fine-particle carbon during the decolorizing process; in addition, the foaming agent is further added to the decolorizing collector, such that a large amount of stable foam is provided during reverse flotation inflation, and the decolorizing and desliming effects are better.
