Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for coupling a methane dry reforming reaction with composite catalyst regeneration, comprising filling a composite catalyst into a reactor, introducing methane or a methane mixed gas, subjecting CaCO3 in the composite catalyst to a decomposition reaction at 600℃-850℃; and subjecting the carbon dioxide produced from the decomposition reaction and methane to a methane dry reforming reaction, so as to generate a synthesis gas of carbon monoxide and hydrogen, wherein the composite catalyst comprises CaCO3, an active nickel ingredient and an alumina carrier. The method couples the decomposition reaction of calcium carbonate in a calcium cycle technique with the methane dry reforming reaction, solving the technical problem that the decomposition of CaCO3 is limited by the high temperature balance, and achieving purposes of intensifying the calcium carbonate decomposition and subjecting the carbon dioxide produced by the calcium carbonate decomposition to the dry reforming reaction to generate a synthesis gas for use.
