Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for coupling a fitting pipe and a pipe and, more specifically, to a method for coupling a fitting pipe and a pipe by means of easily aligning the fitting pipe and a hole of the pipe. A method for coupling a fitting pipe and a pipe according to the present invention comprises: a straight pipe hole marking step for marking the highest point and lowest point of a hole of a straight pipe to be coupled by means of welding with a fitting pipe; a fitting pipe marking step for marking the highest point and lowest point of a welding part of the fitting pipe; a central axis setting step for aligning the highest point of the straight pipe hole and the lowest point of the welding part of the fitting pipe and aligning the lowest point of the straight pipe hole and the highest point of the welding part of the fitting pipe and thus aligning the central axis of the straight pipe hole and the central axis of the fitting pipe; a fixing step for fixing the fitting pipe and the straight pipe of which the central axes have been aligned in the central axis setting step; and a welding step for coupling by means of welding the straight pipe and fitting pipe which have been fixed in the fixing step, wherein the fitting pipe marking step comprises a fitting pipe mounting step, a rotating step, a measuring step and a marking step. The fitting pipe mounting step is for mounting on a rotating disk-shaped board such that the welding part of the fitting pipe faces upward. The rotating step is for rotating the rotating disk-shaped board such that the fitting pipe, which has been mounted in the fitting pipe mounting step, can rotate. The measuring step is for coming in contact with the circumferential surface of the welding part of the fitting pipe, which is rotating in the rotating step, and thus measuring the highest point and lowest point of the welding part of the fitting pipe on the basis of the location of a contact element which moves vertically by means of the circumferential surface of the welding part of the fitting pipe. The marking step is for marking the highest point and lowest point of the welding part of the fitting pipe which have been measured in the measuring step. According to the present invention, the central axis of the straight pipe hole and the central axis of the fitting pipe can easily be aligned by means of marking the highest point and lowest point of the straight pipe hole in the straight pipe hole marking step and marking the highest point and lowest point of the welding part of the fitting pipe in the fitting pipe marking step, and then aligning the highest point of the straight pipe hole and the lowest point of the welding part of the fitting pipe and aligning the lowest point of the straight pipe hole and the highest point of the welding part of the fitting pipe. Moreover, by means of fixing the straight pipe and fitting pipe of which the central axes have been aligned and then welding same, the present invention can prevent dislocation of the central axis due to welding.
