Abstract:
Provided is a method for controlling a heat treatment furnace, whereby the automatic operation of the heat treatment furnace becomes possible. The method for controlling a heat treatment furnace comprises: a step in which control information for the heat treatment furnace in an initial heating zone for heating of a heat treatment target material and temperature information including the temperature of the atmosphere of the heat treatment furnace and the temperature of the heat treatment target material are employed as learning data, and an individual learning model which has learned the correspondence relationship between the control information and the temperature information is produced; a step in which, on the basis of a base learning model which can achieve a target temperature in accordance with the progression of a heat treatment on the basis of control information and temperature information and also on the basis of the control information and the temperature information during a heat treatment, the control information is output; and a step in which calculated control information is corrected on the basis of the temperature information during the heat treatment, the temperature target value and the individual learning model.
