Abstract:
A method for controlling a full-field DC motor system: when rotor magnetic poles are in the process of being close to overlapping with stator magnetic poles, the polarities of a magnetic field generated by a stator winding current and a magnetic field of the rotor magnetic poles attract each other; and when a centerline of the rotor magnetic poles turns over a centerline of the stator magnetic poles, the current direction changes, and at said time, the polarities of the magnetic field generated by the stator winding current and the magnetic field of the rotor magnetic poles repel each other to push a rotor to continue to rotate forward. The present application relates to the field of motor systems, and overturns the principle of traditional motors being driven by means of rotating magnetic fields. Each stator winding is independently controlled by a power controller, and all motor windings participate in the driving, which greatly improves the power density of the motor.
