Abstract:
A method for construction of a suspended ceiling system. The suspended ceiling system comprises a frame (1), a suspended ceiling base panel (2), at least two suspension rods (3), a water pipe holding member (5), a water pipe, a cable routing member (4), and an electrical cable. The construction method comprises the following steps: installing the water pipe holding member (5) at a wall (200) within a suspended ceiling; installing the cable routing member (4) at a floor panel (100) within the suspended ceiling; and installing the suspension rods (3), the frame (1), and the suspended ceiling base panel (2). The suspended ceiling system solves problems in the prior art caused by embedding water pipes and electrical cables in the main structure of a building, thereby reducing difficulty and costs relating to inspection and repair of water pipes and electrical cables.
