Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for collecting high-temperature anode gas of an aluminum electrolysis cell. The method comprises the following steps: (1) setting a gap between two rows of anodes to be 30-80 mm; (2) setting crust breaking blanking points at the centers of four anodes having unfilled corners; (3) arranging a sleeve outside each crust breaking rod; (4) enabling an opening in the bottom end of the sleeve to be higher than the surface of an electrolyte liquid, and the thickness of a thermal insulation powder layer out of the sleeve to be not less than 10 cm; (5) providing the sleeve with a gas guide hole for connection to a gas guide pipe that is in communication with a gas collecting pipe; (6) during aluminum electrolysis, discharging anode gas from a fire hole, and introducing same into the gas guide pipe via the gas guide hole; (7) when the anode gas of the electrolysis cell collected by a main gas collecting pipe is anode gas obtained by the oxidation and combustion of CO, enabling the inner diameters of the upper pipe and the lower pipe of the gas guide pipe to be different, and introducing air via an air inlet hole; (8) introducing anode gas into the gas collecting pipe and the main gas collecting pipe via the gas guide pipe; and (9) arranging thermal insulation materials out of the gas guide pipe, the gas collecting pipe and the main gas collecting pipe. The method of the present invention can smoothly collect anode gas, and provide users such as a thermal power plant with an original heat source or thermal energy.
