Abstract:
A method for circulated chloridized enrichment of noble metals from circuit board molten pool smelted flue dust. The smelted flue dust is subjected to acid extraction, and calcined two times to obtain calcined sands and flue gas, the calcined sands is subjected to water leaching enrichment to obtain water-leached residues and water-leached liquid enriched with noble metal, and the water-leached liquid is subjected to the displacement of deposited copper with zinc powder to obtain blister copper and deposited copper post-liquid. The deposited copper post-liquid is crystallized by evaporating deposited zinc to obtain crude zinc sulfate and deposited zinc post-liquid, the deposited zinc post-liquid returns back to water leaching enrichment as leaching liquid, and then primary and secondary flue gas treatments are performed. A chlorinated raw material obtained by the flue gas treatments is filtered, a chlorinated liquid is subjected to displacement and enrichment to obtain noble metal slags and noble metal lean liquid, and the noble metal slags is separated to be a noble metal. The noble metal lean liquid is cooled to room temperature and filtered to obtain lead chloride and lead-lean liquid, and the lead-lean liquid is used as chlorinated liquid back to chlorination filtration.
