Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for calculating congestion in real time, and a device for performing the method. The method for calculating congestion in real time may comprise: a step in which a real-time congestion determination system determines a primary congestion level on the basis of current population figures; a step in which the real-time congestion determination system determines density; and a step in which the real-time congestion determination system adjusts a primary congestion level on the basis of the density to determine a final congestion level.
