Title:
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PREDICTING EXTENSION LENGTH OF IN-SITU TECTONIC FRACTURE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2024/082793
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The embodiments of the present application belong to the technical field of petroleum geological exploration. Provided are a method and apparatus for predicting the extension length of an in-situ tectonic fracture. The method comprises: acquiring sample data, wherein the sample data comprises the length of an in-situ tectonic fracture and opening-degree data corresponding to the length of the in-situ tectonic fracture; on the basis of the sample data, constructing a relationship prediction model for the length and opening degree of the in-situ tectonic fracture; determining opening-degree data of an in-situ tectonic fracture to be subjected to prediction; and on the basis of the relationship prediction model for the length and opening degree of the in-situ tectonic fracture and the opening-degree data of said in-situ tectonic fracture, predicting the extension length of said in-situ tectonic fracture. In the present application, by means of a relationship prediction model for the length and opening degree of an in-situ tectonic fracture, the trend extension length of the in-situ tectonic fracture can be predicted in a quantized and high-precision manner.
