Abstract:
A method and apparatus for calculating the height of the root of a cohesive zone of a blast furnace, and a storage medium, which relate to the field of blast-furnace smelting. The method comprises: determining the distribution position of each temperature measurement point on a cooling wall of a blast furnace; periodically acquiring temperature data of each temperature measurement point and preprocessing the temperature data, and removing abnormal values; and performing statistical compilation on a temperature change amplitude and a temperature fluctuation frequency of the obtained temperature data, determining the position of the root of a cohesive zone in a selected direction according to a change in the temperature fluctuation frequency of each temperature measurement point, and calculating a specific height value. In the method, a relatively accurate position of the root of a cohesive zone is effectively deduced according to temperature changes of temperature measurement points on a cooling wall, thereby providing good data support for performing shape calculation on a cohesive zone of a blast furnace.
