The present invention relates to a metal seat ring for a ball valve and, more specifically, to a metal seat ring for a ball valve, wherein a plurality of seat ring parts having elasticity are placed in the metal seat ring for the ball valve which maintains airtightness by coming in contact with a ball for opening and closing a channel of the valve such that the ball and the metal seat ring elastically come in contact with each other, thereby forming an airtight structure. The present invention provides the metal seat ring for the ball valve, comprising: a seat ring body provided with a channel; a screw which is formed on the outer part of the seat ring body for coupling with the ball valve; a plurality of coupling grooves which are formed on the surface of the seat ring body for coupling with the ball valve; and seat ring parts which are formed in the seat ring body, and which include elastic grooves on the inner sides thereof so as to be elastically deformed by coming in contact with the ball of the ball valve, wherein the seating ring parts have a first seat ring part, a second seat ring part, and a third seat ring part.
