Abstract:
A metal packing (1) used to seal a connection part between a steam pipe (50a) and a steam pipe (50b), comprising an annular base part (3) having an opening part (2) for communicating the hole parts (51, 54) of the steam pipes (50a, 50b) with each other and a pair of annular lips (4, 5) projected inward from the inner peripheral edge part of the annular base part (3), wherein the annular lips (4, 5) are formed so as to be separated from each other as apart from the annular base part (3), and so that a distance (H) between loose end parts (4a, 5a) is longer than the thickness (D) of the annular base part (3) in the axial direction of the opening part (2).
