Abstract:
The present invention manufactures a metal foil (1) with a release film that can transmit volatile components while having low electrical resistance and stably provides an electromagnetic shielding film (2) using the same. A metal foil (301), of which the crystal morphology is controlled by roughening the surface (102) of the film, is formed by means of vacuum evaporation to provide a metal foil (1) with a release film that can transmit volatile components while having low electrical resistance, and an electromagnetic shielding film (2) using the same.
