Abstract:
Provided is a metal diaphragm damper having excellent pulsation absorbing capability even when the pressure resistance capability thereof is enhanced. A diaphragm damper 1 is configured by joining the outer edges 2 of a pair of diaphragms 10 and 20 to each other, filling a space 3 formed therein with high-pressure gas, and sealing the space 3. The diaphragm damper 1 is characterized in that the pair of diaphragms 10 and 20 are formed from metal thin films, and that at least one of the pair of diaphragms 10 and 20 has a multilayer structure in which multiple metal thin films 11 and 12 or 21 and 22 are overlaid and fixed at the outer edge 2 thereof.
