Title:
MESHING CLUTCH ENGAGEMENT CONTROL SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2024/024541
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A meshing clutch (10) is switched between an engaged state and a release state through axial relative movement of a first engaging member (11) in which a first gear teeth array (13) is formed in the circumferential direction thereof and a second engaging member (12) in which a second gear teeth array (14) is formed in the circumferential direction thereof. A phase difference sensor (21) of a phase difference detecting device (20) outputs a phase difference sensor signal in which the rotational phase difference between the first engaging member (11) and the second engaging member (12) is shown in the form of the amplitude of a beat. An envelope extraction circuit (22) extracts a waveform envelope from the phase difference sensor signal and outputs an envelope signal that is an analog signal. A calculation device (30) subjects the envelope signal input from the phase difference detecting device (20) to analog-to-digital conversion and calculates, through a numerical operation using a digital value, a timing at which the amplitude of the envelope becomes equal to or less than a determination threshold, as a timing at which the meshing clutch can be engaged.
