Abstract:
A mesh conveyor cleaning device, comprising a frame body (1), wherein the frame body (1) is provided with a mesh belt conveyor (2), a brush roller (4) and a collecting tank (3); the collecting tank is located below a discharge end (25); bristles (41) are provided on an outer wall of the brush roller; an electric motor (23) drives the brush roller to rotate; and the bristles on the brush roller clean the bottom of a conveying mesh (22), and clear grinding stones stuck in the conveying mesh. A guide plate (5) is arranged between the brush roller and the collecting tank, such that the grinding stones roll down into the collecting tank along the guide plate to be collected; and a plurality of guide grooves (51) passing through the bristles are connected to an end of the guide plate, extend into the bristles and guide the grinding stones in the bristles to roll onto the guide plate, and the grinding stones then roll down into the collecting tank along the guide plate, thereby improving an effect of collecting the grinding stones.
