Abstract:
Disclosed herein are a medium-voltage feeder cable, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The medium-voltage feeder cable comprises a metal core, and the exterior of the metal core is sequentially coated with a conductor shielding layer, an insulating layer, an insulating shielding layer, a copper wire shielding layer and an outer sheath. The material of the insulating layer is an ethylene-propylene rubber composition, and the thickness of the insulating layer is 3.44 to 4.2 mm. By means of the hierarchical structure design and the material selection and thickness setting of the insulating layer, the obtained medium-voltage feeder cable may simultaneously meet a withstand voltage of 35 kV, a voltage drop of 5 V/m and a temperature rise of no more than 100 K/10s, which fully meets the requirements of a high-speed magnetic levitation system for cables.
