Abstract:
Disclosed is a medium grinder, comprising: a grinding drum (100), which has a grinding cavity (101), and a feed port (102) and a discharge port (103), which are in communication with the grinding cavity; a stirring mechanism (200), which has one end extending into the grinding cavity for stirring materials and grinding media in the grinding cavity; and a feeding mechanism, which comprises a feed pipe (301) having one end in communication with the feed port, and a regulating valve (302) arranged on the feed pipe, wherein the regulating valve comprises a valve plate (3021) and a driving member for driving the valve plate to move so as to control the feed pipe to open and close, the valve plate being a sieve plate having feed gaps, and the width of each feed gap being less than the diameter of the grinding media. In the medium grinder, when feeding by means of the feed pipe stops, the valve plate of the regulating valve is closed, thereby preventing the grinding media from flowing back into the feed pipe; and when feeding by means of the feed pipe restarts, the valve plate of the regulating valve is opened, such that the accumulated grinding media are driven by the materials to break into the grinding cavity, thereby preventing agglomerates of the materials from accumulating, and thus solving the problem of feeding being uneven.
