Abstract:
This medical adapter has a spike part that can penetrate a stopper of a container, the container housing a liquid, to drain the liquid from the container. The spike part has a communication part comprising at least one communication port, the communication port being communicated with the lumen of the spike part to drain the liquid, and a locking part comprising at least one locking projection, the locking projection protruding radially outward to stop the movement of the spike part in the pull-out direction from the stopper by contacting the inner surface of the stopper, in the state where the spike part penetrates the stopper. At least a part of the communication part is positioned at the tip side from the base end of the locking part.
