Abstract:
Disclosed are a mechanism for restricting a rotation of a lighting unit and a lighting device including same. The disclosed mechanism for restricting a rotation of a lighting unit according to an embodiment comprises: a coupling unit accommodating unit provided inside a housing and accommodating one end of a coupling unit of which the other end is coupled to the lighting unit; and a rotation restricting member rotatably provided on one side of the coupling unit inside the coupling unit accommodating unit and pushed by the coupling unit when the coupling unit is rotated, to rotate in a direction opposite to a rotation direction of the coupling unit, wherein the rotation restricting member has a predetermined rotation angle range that is determined by the coupling unit accommodating unit to be in a first direction and a second direction opposite to the first direction based on a center line of the coupling unit.
