Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a mechanically-enhanced starch-based film with a near-infrared photothermal effect and a preparation method therefor, which belong to the technical field of packaging material processing. The present invention relates to a method for preparing a mechanically-enhanced starch-based film with a near-infrared photothermal effect. The method comprises: subjecting a catecholamine-like substance and graphene to in-situ self-assembly to form a graphene/catecholamine-like substance compound; and modifying the graphene/catecholamine-like substance compound with metal ions, mixing a solution of the metal ion modified graphene/catecholamine-like substance compound with a gelatinized starch solution, and preparing a starch-based film by using a tape casting method. The starch-based film is complete and continuous, the temperature thereof can be increased to 103ºC from 25ºC within 30 seconds and be increased to 109ºC within 1 minute under the irradiation of near-infrared light, and the mechanical tensile strength thereof reaches 62 MPa; and the film has good photothermal conversion performance and mechanical tensile strength, and can be used in the fields of food, medicines, medical instruments and agricultural product packaging.
