Abstract:
A mechanical seal structure of an integrated moving ring assembly, comprising a moving ring (3), an O-shaped sealing ring (4), a push ring (5), a spring (6), and a transmission sleeve (7). A protrusion (301) is provided on the outer circle of the moving ring (3), and a square hole (701) is correspondingly machined on the transmission sleeve (7). The spring (6), the push ring (5), and the O-shaped sealing ring (4) are sequentially mounted into the transmission sleeve (7), and finally the protrusion (301) is inserted into the square hole (701) so as to form a mechanical seal structure of the integrated moving ring assembly. The side edge of the protrusion (301) is used for transmission (to ensure synchronous rotation with the transmission sleeve (7)), and an end face after same is embedded in the square hole (701) is used for axial positioning to ensure the effective sealing of the moving ring assembly. The axial direction of the square hole (701) is used to clamp the moving ring (3), and a radial side surface is in contact with the side edge of the moving ring (3) to transmit torque and drive the moving ring (3) to rotate. The moving ring (3), the spring (6) and the transmission sleeve (7) are connected together to form an integrated structure. The mechanical seal structure of the integrated moving ring assembly has the advantages of simple assembly for the moving ring part, and convenient installation, maintenance and replacement.
