Abstract:
Provided is a mechanical-hydraulic compound transmission device combining power split and power combination, the mechanical-hydraulic compound transmission device comprising an input member, a power split mechanism, a mechanical transmission mechanism, a power combination mechanism, an output member, a hydraulic transmission mechanism, a clutch assembly and a brake assembly, wherein the input member is connected to the power split mechanism; the power combination mechanism is connected to the output member; by means of the clutch assembly, the output end of the power split mechanism is separately connected to the input end of the mechanical transmission mechanism and the input end of the hydraulic transmission mechanism, and the input end of the power combination mechanism is separately connected to the output end of the mechanical transmission mechanism and the output end of the hydraulic transmission mechanism; and the clutch assembly and the brake assembly provide a continuous transmission ratio between the input member and the output member. The multi-mode mechanical-hydraulic compound transmission device which integrates hydraulic transmission, power-split mechanical-hydraulic transmission, power-combination mechanical-hydraulic transmission, and mechanical transmission provided by the present invention meets the requirements of careful operation under multiple working conditions.
