Abstract:
Disclosed is a mechanical hydraulic compound transmission device, comprising an input shaft (1), a flow dividing mechanism (2), a hydraulic transmission assembly (3), a mechanical transmission assembly (4), a flow converging mechanism (5) and an output shaft (6). The input shaft (1) is connected, by means of the flow dividing mechanism (2), to the hydraulic transmission assembly (3) and the mechanical transmission assembly (4) which are connected in parallel, and the hydraulic transmission assembly (3) and the mechanical transmission assembly (4) are separately connected to the output shaft (6) by means of the flow converging mechanism (5); the invention has the beneficial effects that a planetary gear structure is combined with switching of a brake and a clutch, and conversion of power dividing and converging structural forms is achieved; when forward transmission and reverse transmission are achieved, power dividing and power converging structural forms are diversified and can be compatible with each other, structural parameters can be optimized, circulating power is avoided, and transmission efficiency is improved; a plurality of selectable gears are arranged in the multi-mode transmission device, such that the operation requirements of complex working conditions can be met; and a one-way variable pump (33) and a one-way constant displacement motor (35) are used, thereby reducing the production and maintenance costs.
