Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a measurement device that can be easily taken out from a storage case and that can prevent lower back pain or the like. The measurement device comprises: a measurement device body 2 having a laser light emitting unit for emitting laser light for measurement; a pedestal that supports the measurement device body 2 so as to be rotatable in the horizontal direction; and handles 70, 71 protruding from the measurement device body 2, wherein the handles 70, 71 each protrude to the back surface side along the radial direction from a horizontal direction center OP with respective angles θ1, θ2 in a range of 40-45 degrees to the left and right from the horizontal direction center OP in a state in which the measurement device body 2 is erected, such that wrists do not bend when the handles are gripped. A bulging part 80 that bulges most forward is formed on the front surface side of the measurement device body 2 on the side opposite to the handles 70, 71. In the erected state, the handles 70, 71 and batteries 38, 39 applying a voltage to the laser light emitting unit have different vertical positions as referenced to the bulging part 80.
