Abstract:

This mating chain (12) comprises a first chain member (12A) and a second chain member (12B) which form a pair. While the first and second chain members (12A, 12B) mate with each other and are integrated as the chain members move in the advancement direction (Z1), the first and second chain members release mutual mating and branching by moving from the integrated mating state in the retreatment direction (Z2). A first link plate (22) that constitutes the first chain member (12A) has first and second pin holes (21A, 21B) through which connection pins (23) pass. A second link plate (29) that constitutes the second chain member (12B) has first and second pin holes (28A, 28B) through which the connection pins (30) pass. A first distance (D1) between the first and second pin holes (21A, 21B) of the first link plate (22) is smaller than a second distance (D2) between the first and second pin holes (28A, 28B) of the second link plate (29).
