Abstract:
A material purification system and method combining micro-melt crystallization and falling film crystallization. The purification system comprises a micro-melt crystallizer (1) and a falling film crystallizer (5); the micro-melt crystallizer (1) comprises a crystallization cavity (10) and a crystal crushing cavity (12); a crystal scraping mechanism used for scraping a crystal on the inner wall of the crystallization cavity (10) is provided in the crystallization cavity (10); a contraction section (121), a throat section (122) and an expansion section (123) are sequentially arranged in the crystal crushing cavity (12) in a material flowing direction; a crushing member (21) is provided in the crystal crushing cavity (12). The purification method adopts the purification system to purify materials.
