Abstract:
A material cutting device for production of electronic apparatus products, wherein a material for production of electronic apparatus products is placed on the top of a workbench (1), then, an electric motor (15) is turned on, such that an output shaft of the electric motor (15) drives a worm (16) to rotate; the worm (16) drives a worm gear (17) to slowly rotate; the worm gear (17) drives a first screw rod (21) to rotate; the first screw rod (21) drives a second screw rod (22) to rotate by means of transmission between two chain wheels and a chain; by means of a thread matching with corresponding threaded holes and under guided action of two guide posts (30), the first screw rod (21) and the second screw rod (22) jointly drive a mounting plate (2) to move downwards; the mounting plate (2) drives two transverse plates (27) to move downwards by means of two compression springs (25); the two transverse plates (27) jointly drive a pressure plate (20) to move downwards by means of corresponding pressure rods (28), and, when the mounting plate (2) moves downwards, further drive the pressure plate (20) to move downwards by means of fixing rods (29), connecting plates (37) and two connecting springs (26); and the pressure plate (20) drives an antiskid mat (23) to move downwards, so as to compress and fix the material, thereby preventing the material from moving during a cutting operation.
