Abstract:

The objective of the present invention is to provide a male threaded member with which oblique entry can be prevented by means of a short screw tip shape. This male threaded member includes, in a shaft portion (20), a normal thread region (22) in which a complete thread ridge (21) for fastening to a female threaded member is formed, a guide thread region (24) which is provided on a shaft portion distal end side of the normal thread region (22) and in which a guide thread ridge (23) having a smaller diameter than the complete thread ridge (21) and the same pitch thereas is formed, and a rising region (26) in which a transition thread ridge (25) which rises gradually from the guide thread ridge (23) to the complete thread ridge (21) is formed, the male threaded member characterized in that: a tapered guide portion (30) having a diameter that becomes gradually smaller toward the distal end of the shaft portion is provided further toward the distal end side of the shaft portion (20) than the normal thread region (22); the tapered guide portion (30) includes at least the guide thread region (24); the guide thread ridge (23) is formed on an outer circumference of the tapered guide portion (30); and the maximum diameter of the tapered guide portion (30) is at most equal to an inner diameter of a female thread and at least equal to a trough diameter of the complete thread ridge (21).
