Abstract:
This male screw member has a male screw section on the outer peripheral surface. In a cross-section including the axial line of the male screw member, a peak line L11 of the male screw section is configured such that, in at least a portion thereof, a peak line section uL111 connecting a pair of adjacent peaks is located closer to the outer periphery than an extension line euL112 extending from another peak line section uL112 adjacent at a base side of the male screw member to the peak line section uL111, and/or a valley line L12 of the male screw section is configured such that, in at least a portion thereof, a valley line section uL121 connecting a pair of adjacent valleys is located closer to the outer periphery than an extension line euL122 extending from another valley line section uL122 adjacent at the base side of the male screw member to the valley line section uL121.
