Abstract:
A male connector (1) is provided with a connector body (10) and a locknut (50). The connector body (10) is provided with a male luer (11), a first female screw (41) which surrounds the male luer (11), a base end part (20) which is inserted into a tube (8), a fixing protrusion (21) which is formed in the base end part (20), and a screw-shaped protrusion (32) between the male luer (11) and the base end part (20). The locknut (50) is provided with a second female screw (52) which is screwed with the screw-shaped protrusion (32). When the screw-shaped protrusion (32) and the second female screw (52) are screwed with each other, the tube (8) is sandwiched between the base end part (20) and the locknut (50). First rotation prevention mechanisms (14, 54) which engage with each other are provided in the connector body (10) and the locknut (50), respectively, such that the locknut (50) is prevented from rotating with respect to the connector body (10) when the tube (8) is sandwiched.
