Abstract:
The present application aims to provide a magnetically guided bi-component adhesive pipeline leakage sealing device, which is used to seal a pipeline. The device comprises a guiding permanent magnet (1), a suction pipe (2), an outer film (3), an inner film (4), a frame (5), a built-in permanent magnet (6), a capsule body (7), a crushing cone (8), a coil I (9), a coil II (10), a battery pack (11), a routing module (12), a control module (13), a flange plate (14), a fastening bolt (14-1), a sealing gasket (14-2), magnetic fluid solution (15), a built-in permanent magnet (16), a capsule body (17), A adhesive (18), B adhesive (19), adsorption permanent magnets (20), magnetic separation material (21) and travelling wheels (22). The present application may plug the inner and outer sides of leakage points of the pipeline, so that the inner and outer sides of the leakage points are blocked, thereby greatly prolonging the service life of the pipeline.
