Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a magnetic foreign matter separation mechanism for lithium ion battery sintering paste, comprising: a separation machine body. The separation machine body comprises an upper cover and a separation cylinder; a driving motor is arranged at the top end of the upper cover; a stirring and separating mechanism is provided in an inner cavity of the separation cylinder; the stirring and separating mechanism comprises a planetary gear set, stirring shafts, a collecting frame, magnetic guide sleeves and a balance ring; the planetary gear set comprises a gear ring, planetary gears, a sun gear and a connecting plate; one end of each stirring shaft is connected to a central rotating shaft of one planetary gear; the collecting frame is connected to a central rotating shaft of the sun gear; the magnetic guide sleeve is spirally fitted over the outer side of each stirring shaft. According to the present invention, by adopting the stirring and separating mechanism, the stirring shaft can revolve and rotate, and the battery sintering paste is fully stirred, so that magnetic foreign matters doped in the battery sintering paste can be adsorbed on the inner walls of the magnetic guide sleeves and move into the collecting frame along the inner walls, and quick separation of the magnetic foreign matters in the battery sintering paste is realized.
